**Please note that players not listed below are not necessarily a complete fade and any player listed can certainly be used as the MVP/Captain. These are merely suggestions for players to use when setting Showdown lineups.
MVP/CPT
Cooper Kupp, WR - Kupp has been a fantasy monster this season, having already caught 63 passes for 924 yards and 10 touchdowns. The Titans pass defense ranks 30th per DVOA rankings which should indicate a big day for Kupp in the MVP/CPT spot tonight.
Matthew Stafford, QB - The top priced play on the board tonight. He is a great option tonight as your CPT/MVP but you will need to find enough value to pair him up with a receiver tonight and hope they connect on a score or two to double up on the points.
Robert Woods, WR - If you want to save some money tonight then Woods is definitely an option in this matchup against the Titans. It hasn't been the most exciting season for Woods but he did have two touchdowns last week against Houston and does have five receiving touchdowns this season.
Darrell Henderson, RB - If you wanna fade the receiving group then Henderson is the guy here. He had two total touchdowns last week against Houston and has five total touchdowns over the past four weeks. Listen, this Rams team puts up tons of point and Henderson is certainly in the conversation when it comes to who could lead the slate in points tonight.
UTIL
Jeremy McNichols, RB - If looking for someone on the Titans to play tonight McNichols isn't an awful option. When the Titans faced the Jets earlier this season he had seven catches on 12 targets in a game where the Titans were forced to play from behind. With Derrick Henry out of the picture we should see McNichols with his highest snap share of the season and with the Titans likely playing from behind then we could see some production in the passing game from McNichols tonight.
Van Jefferson, WR - The only receiver from the Rams not to be a MVP/CPT option but to be honest, if you wanted to get real crazy, you certainly could use him there and save a lot of money to spend in your UTIL slot. Jefferson is playing 90% of the offensive snaps and is getting a consistent target share. He is a deep threat at times for this offense as well and has three touchdowns on the yea as well.
Rams D/ST - I know the Titans have A.J. Brown and Julio Jones still but this offense has been built to play off the threat of the run with Henry and with the Rams not really needing to worry about that tonight I can see this defense dialing up the rush and forcing Tannehill to throw into the teeth of the defense tonight. Jalen Ramsey and Aaron Donald are ready to go.
Julio Jones, WR - Jones is expected to play tonight and the idea here is that Ramsey will be on A.J. Brown given his recent run of production. Julio is a tough guy to trust given the injuries this season but the Titans really need him tonight if they have any hope to win.
A.J. Brown, WR - Brown is an explosive player that doesn't need a ton of volume to put up elite numbers. That said, we are looking at a 53 game total and a seven-point spread. I expect Tannehill to look his way a lot tonight even as he battles it out the likely matchup of Jalen Ramsey.
Dart Throw
Tyler Higbee, TE - I don't usually suggest Higbee because the Rams have plenty of other options that can score the football but this is a showdown slate and a low-owned touchdown by Higbee tonight could be what it takes to put you over the top in your contests.
Adrian Peterson, RB - Getting wild here. I don't think Peterson sees much more than 10-to-12 carries today but those carries could be high value touches in a red zone offense that could lead to a touchdown or maybe even two. Now, this is a long shot, but that is also why he is in the “dart throw” section. Let's see what AP still has in the tank.
Matt Gay/Randy Bullock, K - I always tout the kickers as dart throw plays because of how cheap they are and if these two offenses find a way to get in scoring range but can't punch it through then the points here can come quickly. It's also a bonus that both of these kickers have relatively big legs so the 5-pt play is there.
