MVP/CPT

Dak Prescott, QB - Washington's pass defense ranks 27th in DVOA and we saw them get shredded by Jalen Hurts last week which is a much worse passing offense than they will face this week. Now, I understand that Dak and the Cowboys offense has not been great lately, which included a matchup against this same defense a few weeks back but I have hopes with the team now back home that they will bounce back and look like the team that is going to win this division.

CeeDee Lamb, WR - Lamb has been the best receiver on this team all season long and knowing that through the air is how you are supposed to attack this Washington team only instills more confidence in his ability to produce tonight in this matchup.  Lamb had seven catches for 61 yards in the first meeting between these two teams.

Dallas Defense - This Washington offense really lacks punch and they could even be without Antonio Gibson tonight. In the meeting between these two teams back in Week 14 we saw the Cowboys rack up five sacks, three fumbles and interception and a defensive touchdown.

UTIL

Dallas Running Backs - Listen, we can't really argue the fact that Ezekiel Elliott is limited right now and he looks like he lacks some explosion. The said, when they get in the red zone he does get the football so that touchdown upside is there. Tony Pollard is off the injury report for today and he had been looking very explosive when on the field this season. I think both RBs are in play and think you can actually play BOTH RBs in your lineup today.

Amari Cooper, WR - Tough game last week but he did score a touchdown against Washington a few weeks back. With Dallas back home I am expecting the offense to get back on track here and that could mean good things for Cooper.

Michael Gallup, WR - Gallup has started staying on the field in two wide sets over the past two weeks and that means more snaps and more routes run. When Dak Prescott takes his shots down field those passes tend to be for Gallup. That big play upside is great for showdown slates.

Jaret Patterson, RB - The rookie is likely going to play a big role in the game tonight with Antonio Gibson dealing with turf toe and potentially being inactive. Patterson found the end zone in limited touches last week and against the Cowboys did average 7.3 yards per carry. His lack of pass catching ability isn't great but if they are able to get in the red zone he could score points.

Joey Slye, K - Slye has a pretty big leg with a long of 56 yards on the season. We are not expecting a ton of points from Washington tonight but they could find themselves in range for Slye to attempt a few field goals and rack up some points.

Greg Zuerlein, K - As I mentioned, the Cowboys offense has sputtered of late and that has lead to quite a few field goal attempts from Zuerlein of late. He has put up double-digit field fantasy points in six of the last eight games he has played.

Dart Throws

Washington WR's - Listen, I know Terry McLaurin is great and all but so is Trevon Diggs who leads the league in interceptions and has shutdown many receivers this season, especially ones with a below average QB. Outside of McLaurin we can take stabs at Adam Humphries, DeAndre Carter and Rickey Seals-Jones.

Dalton Schultz, TE - Schultz had the big game last week but he did struggle against Washington the week before. For salary purposes I do actually think Schultz will be popular but I am leaning more on the WR's today than the tight end given the matchup.
