We have just 10 games on the Sunday main slate for Week 14 with six teams on a bye to shrink down our player pool. That being said, there are still some pretty strong plays this week along with a few value plays in good matchups that will likely draw a lot of attention this weekend in GPP lineups.

NFL DFS QB Top Tier Plays

Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles

Hurts threw for 380 yards and three touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown as well in Week 13 against the Titans. The Eagles are on the road in Week 14 against a Giants team that is reeling a bit, having not won a game since Week 10. Their defense had been steady for most of this season but Hurts puts a lot of stress on opposing teams because he can beat you in so many different ways.

Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

Burrow is coming off a 30 fantasy point performance last week against the Chiefs and he is averaging 27 fantasy points this season when playing at home. Getting Ja'Marr Chase back is a huge boost to their offense and this is an opportunity for Burrow to also get a little revenge on the Browns who upset the Bengals back in Week 8.

Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

The defense is maybe the only thing going well in Denver right now but that could unravel pretty quickly as they welcome in the Kanas City Chiefs in Week 14. The Broncos have struggled against opposing tight ends and the leagues best tight end will be on the field this week. This price point on DraftKings is the cheapest Mahomes has been in three weeks.

NFL DFS QB Mid-Tier Plays

Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks

He made the cover of the QB coach this week and it's for a good reason. With the Seahawks dealing with multiple injuries to their backfield with both Kenneth Walker and DeeJay Dallas on the injury report to start the week the Seahawks offense could fall heavily on the arm of Smith in their Week 14 home matchup against the Panthers. Smith has given us four straight weeks of 20+ fantasy point efforts and has multiple touchdown passes in all but two games this season.

Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings

Cousins is one of the more frustrating QB's in DFS to figure out. In this very matchup earlier he was rather mediocre but the Lions are still a defense we love to go after and Justin Jefferson is always capable of exploding, though the Lions held him to three catches in Week 3. Stacking Cousins with Hockenson also likely figures to be a popular play this week as the public loves the revenge game narratives.

NFL DFS QB Value Tier

Jared Goff, Detroit Lions

Are the Lions good?  Their offense might actually be. Last week we had a few interesting developments for the Lions offense and they are all good things for Jared Goff as well. First, Jameson Williams was active. The Lions first round pick made his NFL debut and while he only played a handful of snaps he is likely to see more snaps in Week 14 than he did in Week 13. Second, D.J. Chark is healthy and making plays. The Lions paid Chark $10 million guaranteed this offseason to be their outside receiver but injuries have derailed his season. He has caught touchdown passes in each of the last two games and was a real impact player last week. Lastly, D'Andre Swift played 51% of the offensive snaps and saw more touches than Jamaal Williams. A healthy Swift is an elite player for this Lions offense in both the running and passing game. The Vikings defense is not very good, with the likes of Mac Jones and Mike White throwing for 382 and 369 yards respectively over the past two weeks.

Tyler Huntley, Baltimore Ravens

If you listened to the Fantasy Alarm Post Game Show on Sirius XM Sunday night then you heard Ryan Hallam point out that the Ravens seemingly allow Tyler Huntley to throw the football more than they do Lamar Jackson and he may not be wrong.  In his last six regular season games which dates back to last season we've seen Huntley attempt no less than 31 passes with three games over 36 pass attempts.  In Week 13 after filling in for Jackson he completed 27-of-32 passes while adding 41 rushing yards and a touchdown.  The rushing upside will make him a popualr play at this price tag but the team's willingness to let him throw the football  is good to see as well.
