NFL Week 4 kicks off with a Thursday matchup between the Miami Dolphins and the Cincinnati Bengals. This is a matchup between a 3-0 Dolphins team whose offensive passing attack has been on display to start the season and and a 1-2 Bengals team that looks to be on a Super Bowl hangover but finally got their first win against the Jets last week. There is no better time than now to dive into some NFL player props and while other sites have their own version of pick'em games No House Advantage is where you want to be thanks in part to their unique  GPP Pick'em contest where you pick your favorite player props and rank them with confidence points and those points will determine where you finish in the Pick'em contest standings!

Thursday night No House Advantage has a $20-entry Pick'em contest with a $30,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool where $15,000 goes to first place!

For this contest you select over or under for seven different player props with point values ranging from 1-to-7 points based on your confidence in the prop that you select. As your props are correct you accumulate the corresponding points to that play.

Thursday's TNF Week 4 Showdown Contest Selections

Joe Burrow Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

The Bengals haven't gotten much going on the ground this season and the Dolphins run defense has been rather stingy. That said, we've seen Lamar Jackson and Josh Allen throw all over Miami over the past two weeks. The Bengals come into this game with the best receiving duo the Dolphins have faced this season and Burrow is coming off a strong game against the Jets last week. I think the over 1.5 touchdowns is the play here today.

Tee Higgins Over 5.5 Receptions

While a lot of the glory goes to Ja'Marr Chase because of his ability to make big time plays down the field, Higgins continues to be a go-to guy for Burrow. He's only gone over this total once in the three games this season but the Bengals offense is starting to click and I am expecting a very pass happy approach in this matchup.

Joe Mixon Under 70.5 Rushing Yards

A few things working against Joe Mixon here is the fact that he has yet to average over 3.0 yards per carry in a game this season and the fact that the Dolphins run defense, when it's not Lamar Jackson, has been pretty strong. This game feels like a shootout to me and  Mixon only has gone over this total once this season and it was in the team's overtime loss to the Steelers.

Jaylen Waddle Over 5.5 Receptions

Now things start to get a little tricky. Waddle has been limited in practice all week with a groin injury. He is expected to play tonight but is he 100%? He has only gone over 5.5 receptions once this season, his 11 catch performance against the Ravens, and Tua Tagovailoa is also a bit banged up. That being said, I am expecting this game to be a pass-heavy back and forth affair and Waddle should be able to take advantage of this Bengals defense.

Tyreek Hill Over 80.5 Receiving Yards

There has been a lot of talk this week between Tyreek Hill and Bengals CB Eli Apple. Tua Tagovailoa has already said that if he sees Hill in a one-on-one with Apple that he is going to throw it downfield. I'm expecting some big play attempts here for Hill and he certainly has the speed to hit this over in a play or two.

Tua Tagovailoa Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns

Again, I'm just looking at this matchup and thinking we see a lot of passing. Both Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle can score on any given play and I see Tua needing to throw the football to keep pace with this Bengals offense.

Ja'Marr Chase Over 85.5 Receiving Yards

Chase, like Hill, is the big play receiver in this offense. Often times that can lead to some inconsistency when it comes to production. Chase has only gone over this total once this season and that was in Week 1 in a game where Tee Higgins left with a concussion. I think Chase is more than capable of going over but I give him the 1pt confidence play because he is boom or bust.
