NFL Best Bets for Sunday Week 8: Picks, Predictions & Player Props
For the first time since Week 3, the NFL Sunday slate DOESN’T kick off with an International Series game. They’ll return in Week 10 in Berlin, Germany, but for now, we’re just worried about the action stateside. There may be six teams on bye, but that doesn’t mean that there isn’t value to be had, which is what we’re here to provide with our NFL best bets for Week 8.
Speaking of value, you’ll also be able to enjoy adding it to all of your NFL picks with the guaranteed Rebet Social Sportsbook promo code bonus that we’ve also shared with you below!
NFL Picks, Predictions & Best Bets for Week 8 Sunday, 10/26
Not only are there fewer games on the menu, but there are also several with point spreads of more than a touchdown or close to it. Admittedly, that definitely makes NFL predictions for this week a bit trickier, but of course, that’s what we’re here for!
Although not among our NFL best bets for Week 8, we expect both the Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens - both facing NFC teams - to go back to proving why they entered the season as the two favorites in the AFC. Both are coming off bye weeks, and the latter expects Lamar Jackson back under center.
If you’re looking for a slow burn that doesn’t feature two electric QBs, that’s what we expect to see in New England with the Patriots hosting the Cleveland Browns - even if Drake Maye has been fantastic. Speaking of Ohio teams, the Jets vs. Bengals game is one that we have no interest in adding to our NFL best bets for Week 8.
All that said, we’ve got several ways to attack the TD markets for the best NFL picks for this week.

NFL Week 8 Predictions: Sunday, October 26th
Before we fully dive into our absolute favorite spots, we’ve got an honorable mention for you. It’s not going to come as much of a surprise to most fans, as Jonathan Taylor should arguably be the frontrunner for the MVP award, so he’s always a consideration for picks, not just NFL best bets for Week 8.
His 6-1 Indianapolis Colts get to host an AFC South rival and arguably the worst team in the entire NFL - the Tennessee Titans. Therefore, his prop lines are heavily inflated. Our honorable mention is for him to have 2+ TDs, which, even at +175 odds, is shorter than some guys to have just one TD!
Regardless, JT not only just scored THREE TDs last weekend, but he also did so against these same Titans in Week 3 of this season! That was certainly a huge factor in now seeing Tennessee with the most rushing TDs allowed this season, with 12. As if that wasn’t enough, it’s not just this resurgence of the Colts that is fueling him.
In the most recent meeting between these rivals LAST year, JT had three TDs! With all that in mind, consider adding Jonathan Taylor to have 2+ TDs to your NFL best bets for Week 8.

Dolphins vs. Falcons Best Bet: Bijan Robinson 2+ TDs (+215 at Rebet)
There is no denying that a Dolphins vs. Falcons clash is far from the marquee matchup of the Week 8 slate, but it’s one that features one of our best NFL picks of the week - it should look familiar! If nothing else, it should be fun to watch the RB battle of the speedy De’Von Achane and the balanced Bijan Robinson.
Both have had some of the best runs of the season thus far, but we’re going to focus on the latter. Not only is Bijan an Offensive Player of the Year candidate, but he’s also facing a Miami defense that we picked on last weekend. We did so with a rookie by predicting Cleveland Browns RB would find the endzone.
Well, he did so - THREE times. So, it goes without saying that the Dolphins' run defense (and their entire franchise right now) is in shambles. That sets up perfectly for an elite RB that was actually bottled up on Sunday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers.
However, prior to that, Bijan Robinson absolutely went off to the tune of 170 yards, a rushing TD, 6 receptions and 68 receiving yards - and that was on Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills! Given those numbers, being at home and facing a 1-6 Dolphins team, it’s no surprise that just a single TD is far too expensive to pay for.
We believe in his dual-threat ability, making the first of our NFL best bets for Week 8 on Bijan Robinson to have 2+ TDs (+215 at Rebet).

Giants vs. Eagles Best Bet: Saquon Barkley Anytime TDÂ (-140 at Rebet)
The talk of NFL Week 7 was the collapse of the New York Giants, blowing their 19-0 and 26-8 leads over the Denver Broncos in a historic 33-32 loss. That came just a week after their massive upset over the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday Night Football.
Now, Saquon Barkley and company get to host their NFC East rival, and we expect the 2,000-yard back to help them get their revenge. As much as AJ Brown (who has been ruled OUT on Friday afternoon) loves to steal the headlines with his cryptic social media posts, Saquon prefers to just worry about the team winning.
This season has been a stark difference from last year, but we’re still willing to make him a piece of our NFL best bets for Week 8. After all, there was a time when a Saquon Barkley TD at home came with a price of -250 or worse! This value alone speaks for itself, as does a classic revenge game.
In his first-ever game against the G-Men, Saquon absolutely went off with 176 yards and a touchdown. Now, New York has the absolute worst defensive EPA per rush - even worse than the Dolphins! While they haven’t allowed quite as many rushing TDs as the Titans, they’ve still allowed the third-most.
Along with the personal and team revenge factors, we’re adding to our NFL best bets for Week 8 with Saquon Barkley to have an anytime TD (-140 at Rebet).
