Dadgummit, we love what Philip Rivers brings to the NFL, especially his mic’d up clips, but can we really trust him to lead the Colts to an upset over the 49ers? San Francisco has had the luxury of playing the Tennessee Titans, Cleveland Browns and Arizona Cardinals in three of their last four games, and even the Carolina Panthers are still rather mediocre.

So, we understand that there will be NFL best bets for Monday Night Football out there calling for the upset. For what it’s worth, Philip Rivers was able to go over his props in multiple respects, such as completions and attempts. There were certainly books and fans out there who expected him not to even finish the game.

With the Colts defense being the definition of bend-don’t-break against Seattle by allowing six field goals to lose the game, you could really lean into that and consider some kicker props for San Francisco’s Eddy Pineiro - especially with this indoor game.
