Injuries continue to impact both fantasy football and NFL rosters. We’re almost halfway through the season, and injuries are lingering for stars, but new ones continue to pop up. With the Houston Texans, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, and San Francisco 49ers on bye this week, managers have additional players out that they have to maneuver.

NFL Week 8 Injury Report: Quarterbacks

Lamar Jackson (Baltimore Ravens)

Jackson will return to action this weekend and enters the weekend with no injury designation. Managers get their QB1 back.

NFL Week 8 Injury Report: Running Backs

Jeremiyah Love (Arizona Cardinals)

Love will return to action this weekend after not playing in the team's last two games. Love can immediately be placed back into the manager's RB2 slot.

Kyle Monangai (Chicago Bears)

Monangai has not returned to practice at this time. As a result, I’m expecting him to be inactive yet again. Swift should see the majority of the work, with Roschon Johnson spelling him as needed.

Brian Robinson (Atlanta Falcons)

Robinson Jr. has been ruled out against Tampa Bay this weekend. Expect Bijan Robinson to see another large workload.

Jaylen Wright (Miami Dolphins)

Wright, in his return to action after dealing with a foot injury, suffered a quadriceps injury and did not return to action. The Dolphins RB room cannot catch a break injury-wise, though Ollie Gordon has been solid as the RB1, recording his 4th straight game with a TD and 2nd 100-yard rushing game of the season.

Aaron Jones (Minnesota Vikings)

Jones Sr. left the contest with a knee injury Sunday. It is not considered to be a serious injury, and he is being treated as day-to-day rather than week-to-week. With Jordan Mason returning to action, Jones Sr. was already due to lose work, but this could lean even more work Mason’s way.

Breece Hall (New York Jets)

Hall has been limited in practice this week, but all signs point to him returning to action at this time. Things could change, so monitor reports throughout the weekend in case we get additional information.

Jadarian Price (Seattle Seahawks)

Head coach Mike Macdonald stated that Price will be designated to return from the injured reserve during week 8. This will open his practice window, and ideally he can return to action this week.

Saquon Barkley (Philadelphia Eagles)

Barkley returned last week against the Cowboys, but is currently dealing with a back injury on top of the hamstring injury he previously missed time with. He has not practiced at the time of writing, but could still end up active this weekend.

TreVeyon Henderson (New England Patriots)

Henderson missed Thursday's practice with an illness. He may be just fine come this weekend, but this will be one to monitor.

NFL Week 8 Injury Report: Wide Receivers

Jaylen Waddle (Denver Broncos)

Waddle returned to practice in a limited fashion this week and is currently expected to play. I would monitor reports this weekend as this could change, but if he’s active, he’s back in the lineup.

DeVonta Smith (Philadelphia Eagles)

Smith has not returned to practice for the Eagles this week and is not expected to play this weekend. Teams will be without their WR yet again as Smith continues to deal with this nagging hamstring. Dontayvion Wicks is also missing practice with an ankle injury, leading this Eagles offense to be continually short-handed.

Ladd McConkey (Los Angeles Chargers)

McConkey has been practicing fully this week, which signifies he is likely to return to action this weekend. We’re awaiting final confirmation that he’s cleared concussion protocol, but all signs point to this outcome.

Emeka Egbuka (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)

Egbuka will miss this weekend's game against the Falcons with a foot injury. This will mark the second straight week the sophomore wide receiver will miss.

Carnell Tate (Tennessee Titans)

Tate has not practiced this week due to a shoulder injury, and his status for this weekend is in doubt. I’m not expecting Tate to play this weekend, so managers should plan accordingly.

A.J. Brown (New England Patriots)

Brown practiced Wednesday, but did not practice on Thursday and is listed with a dual knee/ankle injury. This could point to him being back inactive, or could be a veteran rest day. We’ll need additional info here through the weekend.

DJ Moore (Buffalo Bills)

Moore is officially being listed as questionable this weekend. He logged three limited practices this week, which does point to him playing this weekend, but we will need to wait until pre-game to be sure.

NFL Week 8 Injury Report: Tight Ends

Dalton Kincaid (Buffalo Bills)

Kincaid was limited in practice this week as he deals with a chest injury. That said, he’s currently expected to play this weekend, but may see his snap count be limited.

Colston Loveland (Chicago Bears)

Loveland popped up on the Friday practice report as limited with a neck injury. At this time, I’m expecting him to be active this week, but check reports throughout the weekend.
