NFL Wild Card Round Injury Report: Quarterbacks

Jalen Hurts Injury Update - Concussion

After practicing in full on Thursday, Jalen Hurts woke up today with no symptoms and head coach Nick Sirianni told reporters that he is through concussion protocol. Jalen Hurts is up for the Eagles Wild Card game this weekend.

Jordan Love Injury Update - Elbow

We saw Jordan Love return to practice in full capacity on Thursday and it was the same thing on Friday, too. Jordan Love’s definitely trending towards playing in the Wild Card round. When asked about Love, head coach Matt LaFleur said “He did well. Today was a good day.” Shoutout to Ice Cube.

NFL Wild Card Round Injury Report: Running Backs

J.K. Dobbins Injury Update - Ankle

It’s been a week of limitations for J.K. Dobbins as he’s practiced on a limited basis all week and the Chargers have officially listed him as questionable for the weekend. He’s had 18 or more carries in back-to-back games, but will now have Gus Edwards back and healthy in the Chargers backfield.

Gus Edwards Injury Update - Ankle

Gus Edwards started his work week as limited but ended his final practice in full capacity. He was fully removed off the injury report and will be ready to rock for the Wild Card round.

Justice Hill Injury Update - Concussion/Illness

After starting the week on a limited basis, Justice Hill finished as a full participant in each of the final two days and is completely off of the injury report heading into the Wild Card round. Hill, who missed the team’s final two games, shouldn’t have any limitations here and will operate as the backup running back and the go-to back in the passing game.

NFL Wild Card Round Injury Report: Wide Receivers

AJ Brown Injury Update - Knee

There seems to be a little confusion surrounding AJ Brown on whether his missed practices are related to rest or related to a knee injury he suffered against the Steelers. The day off on Thursday is being reported as a rest day and was a part of the plan. He’s back at practice on Friday and is good to go for the Wild Card round.

Devonta Smith Injury Update - Back

With Devonta Smith’s back tightening up, they’re keeping him out of Friday’s practice with how cold it is out. There is no expectation at this time that Smith will miss their Wild Card game, but this is something to monitor throughout the weekend. He is officially not listed on the Eagles injury report.

Zay Flowers Injury Update - Knee

After being unable to practice all week long, the Ravens have unfortunately ruled Zay Flowers out for their Wild Card game against the Steelers.

Amari Cooper Injury Update - Back

The week kicked off with Amari Cooper practicing in full on Wednesday and Thursday and ends with him being completely removed from the injury report and ready to roll for the Wild Card round.

Romeo Doubs Injury Update - Illness

Romeo Doubs had come into the week with an illness but that seems to be completely behind him as he’s practiced in full each day this week. Expect Doubs to play this weekend.

Quentin Johnston Injury Update - Thigh/Illness

It’s been an interesting week for Quentin Johnston as he started off limited at practice, did not practice on Thursday, but was back in limited fashion on Friday. He’s fighting through an illness and hamstring injury but all reports are that he’s “good to go” per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.

Joshua Palmer Injury Update - Heel

After being unable to get on the practice field this week, Joshua Palmer has officially been ruled out for the Chargers Wild Card matchup against the Texans.

Cade Otton Injury Update - Knee
