DFS Captain / MVP Picks

Anthony Davis, DAL

(DK CPT - $15,900, UTIL - $10,600 / FD MVP - $22,500, UTIL - $15,000)

AD has played at least 36 minutes in each of the last two games and most recently went off for 54 fantasy points in a tough matchup against Houston. This matchup against Sacramento is the opposite of tough, as they allow the 2nd-most points in the paint and rank just 28th in DRtg.

Cooper Flagg, DAL

(DK CPT - $13,500, UTIL - $9,000 / FD MVP - $19,200, UTIL - $12,800)

Flagg continues to play big minutes into the mid-30s on a nightly basis. He also flashed 60-fantasy point upside a few times last month, and he has had an extremely consistent floor of 30+ fantasy points.

Russell Westbrook, SAC

(DK CPT - $14,100, UTIL - $9,400 / FD MVP - $17,100, UTIL - $11,400)

Westbrook has been inconsistent lately, but he is coming off a great performance against Milwaukee. He has the highest ceiling amongst the Kings, and he should have a slightly higher floor with Keegan Murray out.

DFS Utility Picks

Brandon Williams, DAL

(DK CPT - $8,400, UTIL - $5,600 / FD MVP - $12,900, UTIL - $8,600)

Williams has been outstanding over his last four games, racking up at least 29 fantasy points in each of them. It seems Ryan Nembhard has fallen out of favor as the Mavs went back to starting Flagg at point guard last game. Williams should have a path to 25-30 minutes.

Maxime Raynaud, SAC

(DK CPT - $10,500, UTIL - $7,000 / FD MVP - $12,000, UTIL - $8,000)

Raynaud has put up three duds in a row, but he was consistently scoring 30+ fantasy points for a long stretch before that. He should have a higher floor/ceiling combination with Keegan Murray sidelined tonight, and Dallas has allowed the most points in the paint this season. Raynaud makes a lot of sense as a mid-range UTIL option.

Naji Marshall, DAL

(DK CPT - $9,600, UTIL - $6,400 / FD MVP - $9,000, UTIL - $6,000)

Marshall should slide back into the starting lineup for the injured PJ Washington, and that gives him a path to play 30+ minutes. He has 30-fantasy point upside, even if the floor leaves something to be desired.

Dennis Schroder, SAC

(DK CPT - $9,300, UTIL - $6,200 / FD MVP - $10,500, UTIL - $7,000)

Schroder should play mid-20s minutes off the bench. The consistency hasn't been great, but he has flashed 30-fantasy point upside from his reserve role.

DFS Dart Throws

  • Zach LaVine, SAC (DK CPT - 12,300, UTIL - $8,200 / FD MVP - $14,700, UTIL - $9,800) – LaVine has had a low floor this season, but he played 35 minutes in his first game back from injury.
  • Max Christie, DAL (DK CPT - $8,700, UTIL - $5,800 / FD MVP - $9,300, UTIL - $6,200) – Christie should draw another start and has a chance to play around 30 minutes.
  • DeMar DeRozan, SAC (DK CPT - $12,900, UTIL - $8,600 / FD MVP - $16,200, UTIL - $10,800) – Not sure there is a great ceiling at this price tag with LaVine back in the lineup.
  • Daniel Gafford, DAL (DK CPT - $6,900, UTIL - $4,600 / FD MVP - $8,400, UTIL - $5,600) – Possibility to play low-20s minutes from the starting lineup with Washington sidelined.Â
