We have the first Sunday slate of NBA basketball ahead of us and it is a 5-game slate. We have a couple of teams on the second night of a back-to-back but we also have some amazing star power. We have Anthony Davis and the Lakers taking on Domantas Sabonis and the Sacramento Kings. Plus the game with the largest game total (238.5) on the slate is Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks taking on Dejounte Murray and the Atlanta Hawks. Make sure to check out today's NBA DFS projections and NBA DFS ownership projections before finalizing your lineups today.

Favorite Starters to Use for DFS Lineups

Anthony Davis, Los Angeles Lakers

The cover boy for the playbook today is Anthony Davis. This game is going to be one of the highest scoring, fastest paced games on the slate as both of these teams ranked in the top-10 in pace last season. The Kings' defense has allowed 114 points in each of their games this season, so It doesn't look like their defense has improved a ton.

We also love the minutes Davis has played in the first two games of the season, he has played 34 and 39. Plus Davis did a little bit of everything in the last game scoring 61 DraftKings points grabbing 12 rebounds, blocking three shots, and grabbing three steals. Play Davis tonight, as he is one of the cheapest stars on the slate.

De'Aaron Fox, Sacramento Kings

I am going to start by saying this, I love Fox's price on this slate on DraftKings as he sits at just $8,700. Fox was great in a similar game environment in the last game against the Warriors scoring 39 game points on 28 shots for 55.5 DraftKings points. In all fantasy sports volume is king and the same goes for shot volume Fox should see no shortage of shot attempts in this matchup, therefore I will be all over him on this slate.

Dejounte Murray, Atlanta Hawks

This Hawks vs Bucks game has the highest game total on the slate at a whopping 238.5 so naturally we want some pieces of this game. Why not look at Dejounte Murray who we have seen be awesome on both ends of the court at times? He is just $7,200 on DraftKings and coming off of just short of 40 fantasy points when he delivered an 18-7-6 stat line.

Murray's volume has been there thus far this year as well getting 14 and 17 shot attempts. We just need him to be more efficient, as he has just shot 35% from the floor this season. This looks to be a game where he can get back on track with his shot.

Shaedon Sharpe, Portland Trail Blazers

Anfernee Simons will miss some time with a thumb injury which means wheels up for Shaedon Sharpe. He is a little pricey at this point sitting at $6,000 on DraftKings but it is worth it. My man played 41 minutes last game and got up 23 shots, 11 of them being from behind the three point line. Sharpe scored 37 DraftKings points, but I feel he left some on the table as well. Fire Sharpe up tonight with no worries, as he is game script-proof and he should be on the floor even in a blowout.

Favorite Value Plays to Use for DFS Lineups

Austin Reaves, Los Angeles Lakers

Austin Reaves is coming off of a clunker where he dealt with foul trouble that caused him to not be able to get into a rhythm. He finished with just 16 fantasy points. I expect him to bounce back and have a similar line to his opening night when he finished with 33.5 DraftKings points with a 14-point 8-rebound kind of night. We have seen Reaves at times run the offense when LeBron James is off the court, and I fully expect the Raves-Davis pick and roll tonight to be very solid.

Jeremy Sochan, San Antonio Spurs

Point-Sochan has started out pretty well for this Spurs team, and our DraftKings lineups. He continues to be underpriced in my opinion sitting just above $5,000 when he has five times his value in both games this season. With Sochan starting at point guard we expect him to rack up the assists and he only had four and five in the first two games, I feel that is his floor. The one thing that does give me a bit of pause is this matchup has the biggest spread on the slate at +9.5 for the Spurs. This one could end up a blowout.

Keegan Murray, Sacramento Kings

Keegan Murray is another guy on this slate that is being undervalued. Murray is starting and playing a ton while getting double-digit shot attempts in each game this season. We also love him chucking up 3s especially on DraftKings, as he has gotten up 18 three-point attempts through two games this season. This is a great game environment for Murray and the Kings as a whole, so I expect Murray to have another big night tonight.

Jalen Johnson, Atlanta Hawks

Jalen Johnson just continues to be a value even though he is coming off of the bench. He is arguably outplaying DeAndre Hunter and Saddiq Bey, he is at least for fantasy purposes. He is still under $5,000 on DraftKings even though he has scored over 27 fantasy points in each game this season. Johnson just comes in with a ton of energy and you can tell by the way fills up the stat sheet. He will most likely be very chalky tonight, but I am still playing him.
