Trae Young, PG, Atlanta Hawks (Concussion)

Trae Young left Saturday's game with a concussion and has already been ruled out for Monday's game against Sacramento. After that, he is considered day-to-day.

Jrue Holiday, PG, Boston Celtics (Elbow)

Jrue Holiday did not play on Sunday night as he nurses an elbow injury, and he is considered day-to-day for this new week.

Ben Simmons, PG, Brooklyn Nets (Back)

Ben Simmons will apparently travel with the Brooklyn Nets on their upcoming road trip, a sign that he may be near returning to game action. He should certainly be considered questionable at best for any game this week.

Fred VanVleet, PG, Houston Rockets (Back)

Fred VanVleet missed Sunday night's game with a lower back injury and is considered day-to-day as the new week begins.

Derrick Rose, PG, Memphis Grizzlies (Thigh)

Derrick Rose joins Marcus Smart and Ja Morant as Grizzlies' point guards who are out tonight. John Konchar and Ziaire Williams should get a lot of minutes.

Cade Cunningham, PG, Detroit Pistons (Knee)

Cunningham is closer to returning to game action with his knee injury suffered a couple of weeks ago, but he is doubtful for Monday night's game against Milwaukee.

Darius Garland, PG, Cleveland Cavaliers (Jaw)

Darius Garland will at least miss the upcoming road games this week as he did not travel with the team so he could continue his recovery from a fractured jaw. There is a chance he is ready to go next week.

NBA Shooting Guard Injury News

Desmond Bane, SG, Memphis Grizzlies (Ankle)

Desmond Bane suffered a serious ankle sprain and will miss around six weeks as he recovers. Luke Kennard should play a lot of minutes in his absence.

Zach LaVine, SG, Chicago Bulls (Ankle)

Zach LaVine was diagnosed with an ankle sprain and will miss 1-2 weeks with the injury. As with the previous injury, Alex Caruso and Ayo Dosunmu will get heavy minutes in that time.

Caris LeVert, SG, Cleveland Cavaliers (Wrist)

Caris LeVert is listed as questionable for Monday night's game against Orlando with a wrist injury.

Shaedon Sharpe, SG, Portland Trail Blazers (Abdominal)

While recovering from a thigh injury, Shaedon Sharpe was diagnosed with a lower abdominal strain. He will be re-evaluated in two weeks, the team announced.

De'Anthony Melton did on play on Saturday with a back injury and will also not play on Monday. He has been diagnosed with a lumbar spine stress response.

NBA Small Forward Injury News

De'Andre Hunter will not return on Monday from his knee injury as he has already been ruled out for that game.

Isaiah Jackson, SF, Indian Pacers (Concussion)

Isaiah Jackson missed Sunday's game against Phoenix with a concussion and is considered day-to-day for their games this week.

Jaime Jaquez Jr., SF, Miami Heat (Groin)

Jaime Jaquez's groin injury is worse than expected and there is currently no timetable for his return. With Jimmy Butler back, his playing time was reduced anyway.

NBA Power Forward Injury News

Tari Eason, PF, Houston Rockets (Leg)

Tari Eason has been ruled out for Monday night's game and it has been reported that he will miss a week or two so he can fully recover from the injury.

Xavier Tillman, PF, Memphis Grizzlies (Knee)

Xavier Tillman has a minor knee injury and is questionable for Monday night's game against Toronto.

Evan Mobley, PF, Cleveland Cavaliers (Knee)

Evan Mobley went through a workout to gauge his recovery form knee surgery. All indications are that he will be ready to return to games sometime in the first half of February.

Jabari Smith Jr., PF, Houston Rockets (Ankle)

Jabari Smith sprained his ankle and it caused him to miss Sunday night's game. He is considered day-to-day as of Monday afternoon.

Taurean Prince, PF, Los Angeles Lakers (Knee)

Taurean Prince's knee injury kept him out of Sunday night's game against Portland and there has been no status update for Week 14 as of Monday afternoon.

Zach Collins, PF, San Antonio Spurs (Knee)

Zach Collins is getting closer to returning from an ankle injury, and he is listed as questionable for Monday night's game against Philadelphia.

Isaiah Stewart, C, Detroit Pistons (Ankle)

Isaiah Stewart has a nagging ankle injury and it has caused him to be listed as questionable for Monday night's game against Milwaukee.

Isaiah Hartenstein, C, New York Knicks (Ankle)

Since all of Isaiah in the NBA must be hurt right now, Isaiah Hartenstein is also hobbling, as he left Saturday's game with an ankle injury. The Knicks are very thin at center presently, but Hartenstein is day-to-day to start the week.

Jakob Poeltl, C, Toronto Raptors (Ankle)

Jakob Poeltl has returned to some portions of the Raptors practice, and he is planning to be re-evaluated in about a week to see if he is ready to return to games.
