Daily Fantasy Basketball Du-Rant
The Daily Fantasy Basketball Du-Rant provides you daily recommendations in a four tiered format, with specific targets for GPP tournaments (Guaranteed Prize Payout tournaments) and separate players that may be more geared towards Double Up (DU) contests. It does not mean they are only worth playing in said format, just that I like them in that type of format a little more. (Since there are only five games this evening will skip separating the picks into GPP/DU segments and just provide you with some players that have the potential to meet or exceed their value tonight).

Daily Dandies
For those of you checking out my recommendations for the first time, I group the players in A,B,C,D Tiers as a play on the old A,B,C,D basketball camps and as an easy way to distinguish player tiers. (All prices are according to Draft Street). If you have any specific questions post them in the comments section and I will answer them asap or send me a tweet by clicking on my twitter handle at the top of this article. To see who is starting each night visit our NBA Lineups Page
A-All Star priced players that should put up All Star stats today (target 35+ FP, $16,000-on up).
GPP
Andre Drummond (16%) has posted a double-double in each of his last four games, is averaging four more FP per game at home, and will be facing a Nets defense that will be without Kevin Garnett.

DU
John Wall (18.6%) is facing a Cavs team that got lit up by a bunch of senior citizens from the Lakers the other night and Kyrie Irving, who is playing, is battling an illness. On top of all that, Wall has exceeded 38 FP over his last four games and averages over eight more FP per game at home at 38.47 than on when playing on the road. I also love Carmelo Anthony tonight as well.
B-rated Ballers: Big name players with big games, but not as high of a price tag as the top five or so priced players at each position (around 30 FP, $12,000-$16,000).
GPP
Michael Carter-Williams (14.8%) has struggled of late, but I believe he will get back on track tonight against the Lakers in a gamethat is expected to be the highest scoring game of the evening according to Vegas.

DU
Isaiah Thomas (13.6%) will see plenty of opportunites to get buckets without Rudy Gay in the lineup and Rajon Rondo getting the night off for Boston, which means Phil Pressey will be tasked with trying to stop IT2.
Randy Foye (11.7%) has played 40-plus minutes in each of his last four games and gets a Knicks team that is one of the worst teams in defending opposing shooting guards (third worst defensive efficiency rating over the last 10 games).
C-as in players that COULD be in line to provide you with good to great value in the mid-tier price range (target 25+ FP, $8,000-$12,000).
GPP
Andray Blatche (10.4%) will start at center for the Nets as Kevin Garnett will get the night off. For more on Blatche check out today’s Daily Dribble article as the Pistons struggle to defend almost every position, but especially the center position.
C.J. Miles (5.3%) may get the start in place of Luol Deng, who is out, and could be worth a flier as he was one of the few Cavs players that actually seemed to play aggressively in their last game as he finished with 30-plus fantasy points.
DU
Jeff Green (10.2%) is coming off one of his better performances of the year where he finished with 45 FP and gets another favorable matchup against a depleted Kings team.
D-Discounted Dandies: Players on the cheap whose production may exceed what their discounted price tag suggests. (Double Digit Fantasy Production, $3,500-$8,000).
GPP
Ben McLemore (5.8%) will likely get the start at shooting guard and may get a few extra shots with Rudy gay and Marcus Thornton out of the lineup tonight if you were looking for a dark horse discounted option to use in a GPP contest.
DU
Phil Pressey (3.2%) will get the start in place of Rajon Rondo who is not in the Celtics lineup tonight (rest). The Kings backcourt that has the seventh worst defensive efficiency rating in the league on the season.
Best of Luck tonight and don’t be afraid to go rouge and post your questions in the comments section and/or send me a tweet @FantasyNomad. Also, be sure to check out this morning's Daily Dribble for more DFS insight.
