New York Knicks vs. Utah Jazz: New York Knicks -12.5 (-127)

We are laying a massive number here, but the context justifies it. Utah is essentially waving the white flag tonight with Lauri Markkanen, Walker Kessler, and Jusuf Nurkic all sidelined. That leaves the Jazz without their entire starting frontcourt and primary scoring options. The Knicks have been absolute road warriors lately, and they possess the physical interior presence to turn this into a blowout by the second quarter. With Utah lacking the depth to keep up with the Knicks' starters, I am comfortable laying the -12.5. This is a talent gap play, pure and simple.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. LA Clippers: LA Clippers +1.5 (-133)

This is the game of the night, and I am siding with the home underdog. The Clippers are currently getting +1.5 in a matchup that feels like a true toss-up. While Minnesota has been dominant, the Clippers have historically played them tough at the Intuit Dome. Since the trade deadline, LA has found a defensive identity that can disrupt the Wolves' rhythm. Getting points at home in a game with a relatively low total of 225.5 is a position I will take every time. Expect a playoff atmosphere where the Clippers' veteran savvy keeps them within the number, if not winning outright.

Toronto Raptors vs. New Orleans Pelicans: Toronto Raptors -1.5 (-122)

The Raptors are hitting the road as slim favorites, and for good reason. They are facing a Pelicans squad that is still searching for an identity with a fluctuating lineup. Toronto has shown much better consistency in the stretch run, and with a high game total of 232.5, we expect a fast-paced shootout that favors the Raptors' athletic wings. Getting them at -1.5 is essentially a pick 'em, and I am backing the more cohesive unit to handle business in the Big Easy.

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Orlando Magic: Cleveland Cavaliers -2.5 (-127)

The Cavs are laying a small number on the road in Orlando, and I love the value here at -127 on the spread. Cleveland's defense has been the stabilizing force all season, and while Orlando plays tough at home, the Cavs' veteran presence usually shines through in these tight March matchups. Expect a lower-scoring, grind-it-out game that Cleveland wins with late-game execution.
