Window World 450 Best Bets 2026: NASCAR Picks & North Wilkesboro Speedway Predictions
Blaney baby. I told you to press the +1100 pole sitter and not fade the price, and he cashed. The Ford Winning Manufacturer prop at +170 and Hocevar Top Chevrolet at +490 rode shotgun. Not perfect, the Reddick Top Toyota and Elliott Top Chevy darts both missed when Bell and Hocevar grabbed the brand honors, but you cash the winner, the manufacturer, and a brand prop in one week and you buy the next round.
Now the wheel comes back to my kind of math. The Window World 450 goes green Sunday at 7 p.m. ET on TNT Sports, 450 laps around the .625-mile North Wilkesboro bullring, and it is the opposite of last week. Short tracks live by one law: track position is king, because the car out front controls the race and passing here is a knife fight. Proof is thin, this is the first points race at North Wilkesboro since 1996, Gordon over Earnhardt, and everything since has been All-Star exhibitions. But the little data we have screams it, Logano led 139 laps here last year and Ty Gibbs led all 100 to win the Open, so I tighten the card, put the units back on the best cars in the best spots, and lean on short-track DNA from the places that count: Martinsville, Bristol, Richmond, Phoenix.
The wrinkle: rain washed out qualifying, so the lineup was set by the rule book, points plus last week's finish. Blaney is on the pole because he won last week, not because he was fast here, but at this track I do not care how you got the good pit box, I care that you have it. The formula seated a murderer's row up front, Blaney, Ty Gibbs, Bell, Reddick, and Hamlin all inside the top seven, while Larson got buried in 27th and Briscoe 30th. Two things push the same way: Goodyear's short tire allotment means nobody strategizes up from the back, and a 60 percent Sunday storm threat means if they call it early, wherever you are running is where you finish. Everything this week rewards track position.
Window World 450 Best Bets: Winner Predictions
Christopher Bell (+450 at DraftKings Sportsbook) 0.75u
The market already knows. Bell opened this week at +1000 and got steamed all the way to +450, and that money is smart money.
He won the All-Star Race here last May, he starts third so the track position is there, and Joe Gibbs Racing on a short track is the strongest program in the sport right now. The number is short because he is the right answer, not because the book is scared. When the best short-track team hands you the winner of last year's All-Star Race starting on the second row, you pay the toll and you bet it heavier than the rest of the card.
Joey Logano (+1100 at BetRivers Sportsbook) 0.50u
Nobody is talking about him and I do not understand why. Logano led 139 laps in last year's All-Star Race here. That is more than half the race out front at the track where being out front is the entire game.
He finished second in that one and only lost it to Bell, he starts 11th which is close enough to the front to matter, and the Penske short-track program travels. At +1100 you are getting a driver who has already proven he can dominate this specific track, priced like an afterthought. That is my favorite value on the board.
Chase Elliott (+1400 at DraftKings Sportsbook) 0.50u
The best pure short-track Chevrolet in the field, at a number the drafting-track hangover built.
Elliott ran fifth in last year's All-Star Race here, he owns short tracks the way few active drivers do, and he starts 10th while the other Hendrick cars start 15th, 25th, and 27th. He is the one Bowtie this week with speed and a clean starting spot in the same package. +1400 for a short-track ace with a top five on this track and the best Chevy starting spot is a fair fight I am happy to take.
Window World 450 Predictions 2026 - Long Shot Winners
Tyler Reddick (+1600 at DraftKings Sportsbook) 0.50u
The market drifted him from +1000 to +1600 and I am standing here with my hand out. He is second in the points, he ran seventh in last year's All-Star Race here, and he starts fifth this week, which is real estate that matters at this place.
The drift is a superspeedway hangover, not a short-track read. Reddick can flat drive a short track, and getting the points runner-up starting inside the top five at 16 to 1 is the kind of number you circle. This is more winner than long shot, the price just says otherwise.
Ty Gibbs (+1600 at DraftKings Sportsbook) 0.25u
Front row, and a track he has already conquered from the front row.
Gibbs led all 100 laps and won the 2024 Open right here, wire to wire, from the pole. This week he starts second. Yes, the Open was a lighter field, but leading every lap of anything at North Wilkesboro tells you the kid knows how to hold the point on this track, and track position is the whole ballgame. At +1600 with an outside-front-row starting spot, he is a live dart.
Ross Chastain (+5500 at FanDuel Sportsbook) 0.25u
The watermelon plays a short track like he stole it, and he already ran third here last May.
Chastain finished third in the 2025 All-Star Race, his brand of leaning-on-people aggression is exactly what wins in close quarters, and he starts 13th with a full race to hack his way forward. At 55 to 1 on a guy who already has a podium at this track, that is my dart of the week.
Window World 450 Predictions 2026 - Fades
Kyle Larson (+900 at FanDuel Sportsbook)
Same song as the Larson fade that keeps working: great driver, wrong spot.
Larson is the best short-track racer alive on most Sundays, but he starts 27th at the one kind of track where you cannot pass to save your life. The rule book buried him, and this place does not let you dig out. He ran 21st in last year's All-Star Race even after starting closer to the front than this. Nine hundred bucks for a guy who has to drive through 26 cars on a track with one groove is a price I will not touch. Pass.
Ryan Blaney (+500 at DraftKings Sportsbook)
I rode him to the window last week and I will happily say thank you, but I am not paying +500 for the encore. This is a pass on the price, not a knock on the driver.
Let me be fair to him. Blaney is a good short-track racer, he has Martinsville hardware, he has raced all three All-Star events here so the place is no mystery to him, and I am not going to tell you he cannot win this. Two things just bug me at this number. The pole is a rule-book gift, handed out by a formula because rain washed out qualifying, not earned with a fast lap. And the freshest read here is not flattering, he slid from seventh to 16th in last year's All-Star Race, minus nine on the pass differential. At +500 he is priced like the class of the field off a pole he backed into, and I would simply rather have Bell at the same number or Logano at double it. Pass on the price, not the person.
NASCAR Prop Picks: Window World 450 at North Wilkesboro Speedway
The finishing-position markets are where the value hides this week, because a track this hard to pass means the guys who run up front tend to stay up front. I am betting the position props over the manufacturer stuff.
Joey Logano Top 5 (+135 at DraftKings Sportsbook) 0.75u
This is the anchor. Logano led 139 laps in last year's All-Star Race and finished second, and the book is handing me plus money on him just to run top five. Look at the same market and Blaney is priced at minus money to make the top five while the guy who actually dominated this track last year pays +135. That is the whole Penske argument in one number. Bet it.
Tyler Reddick Top 5 (+250 at FanDuel Sportsbook) 0.50u
The outright drift makes the top-five a gift too. He starts fifth, he ran seventh in last spring's All-Star Race, and the points runner-up at +250 just to finish top five is the safer way to bank the same read as the 16-to-1 ticket. I want both.
Ty Gibbs Top 3 (+450 at DraftKings Sportsbook) 0.25u
Front row, and he has already led every lap of a race at this track. If Gibbs gets clean air off the outside pole and holds it the way he held the Open, a podium is very live. +450 for a top three from the second starting spot is a track-position bet in its purest form.
Ross Chastain Top 10 (+230 at FanDuel Sportsbook) 0.25u
The calmer way to ride the watermelon. He already ran third in last year's All-Star Race, so a top ten is well within range even from 13th, and +230 is a better bet than sweating the 55-to-1 outright to the checkered. Pair it with the dart or play it straight, either way it is live.
Final Thoughts on the 2026 Window World 450
North Wilkesboro is a short track wearing a fresh coat of paint, so bet it like a short track: track position is everything, the best cars win, and the guys buried in the back are dead money no matter how good they are.
Bell is the steam and the right answer, Logano is the value nobody is pricing correctly, and Elliott is the clean Chevy in a clean spot. Underneath, Reddick at +1600 is a winner hiding in the long-shot column, Ty Gibbs has already led every lap of a race here, and Chastain at 55 to 1 already owns a podium on this strip. Fade the buried speed, because Larson from 27th and a +500 rule-book pole are both traps.
Get out front, stay out front, and let the guys starting 25th and back wonder where the room went. That's the ticket.
