Happy Monday, July 11th, everyone. We have a big MLB DFS slate on our hands tonight and because of that, we have a lot of options and player props that we really like. It’s a Coors Field slate, so obviously looking at hitting props in that game could potentially be the first thing we’re looking at. We have elite pitching names like Max Scherzer, Aaron Nola, and Max Fried to take a look at as well. Check back with our MLB Weather Center for more details surrounding the latest MLB weather report as MLB daily fantasy lineup lock approaches. To get all the confirmed lineups across baseball, check out the MLB Lineups page as well. To get projections and generate one or multiple daily fantasy baseball lineups, take a look at our MLB daily projections and MLB DFS Lineup Generator. This is a fantastic spot for the Rangers today as they face off against the Oakland Athletics and starting pitcher Adrian Martinez. Martinez has not been impressive allowing 10 ER and four home runs over the last 9.2 innings he’s pitched in. Right-handed hitters are what have given him massive issues as he’s allowed all four bombs to them, which is the reason they have a .647 SLG% against him and a .424 wOBA to boot.

On the flip side, it’s been a strong two months for Marcus Semien. Actually, dating back to May 28th, Semien is slashing .286/.343/.540 with a .255 ISO and a .377 wOBA. In the 39 games over that span, he has 18 extra-base hits, which would help him hit the over here in one at-bat. He also has eight multi-hit games over his last 20 games.

Texas’ ballpark has shifted from a pitcher's park to a hitter's park this year as it’s 12th in runs per game. There could be fireworks in this game from the Rangers side and Semien is in a fantastic spot to be the lead man here.

It’s not that Eric Hosmer has been in the best form, but José Ureña is going to try and navigate this Padres lineup IN Coors Field. I don’t believe it. We stacked against Urena in MLB DFS lineups the last time he was on the mound and that was IN Los Angeles, a pitcher’s park. We are 100% stacking against him here in Coors Field. Throughout Urena’s career, left-handed hitters are what have primarily given him major issues. Lefties have a .480 SLG% and a .352 wOBA across 343 innings.

Hosmer has a history against José Ureña too, going 5-for-9 with a home run and a .556 wOBA. Throughout his career, Hosmer has hit well at Coors, batting .289 with an OPS just shy of .800. The Padres have the largest implied team total on the board as it’s north of six runs. This is a great environment for Hosmer to put up big numbers this evening.

OVER 6.5 fantasy points

When you look at Bobby Witt Jr.’s numbers this year, he’s done ALL of his damage against right-handed pitching this season. He has a .776 OPS, a .334 wOBA, and has stolen 14 bags against righties as well including TWO in the first game of this double-header. His 34 extra-base hits and 17 stolen bases this year, so his upside is massive every time he’s in the lineup.

Witt Jr. matches up against a struggling Alex Faedo who gets hit harder by right-handed hitters than lefties. Right-handed hitters are batting .299 with a .790 OPS and .347 wOBA against Faedo this season. Righties have a 35.6% hard-hit rate against Faedo this year and I really love Witt Jr. and the rest of the Royals squad here.
