Nootbaar and the Cards are facing off against Joe Boyle, who’s struggling and has to navigate his offense-friendly ballpark in Tampa. Lefties, against Boyle, have a .194 ISO, .224 xISO, .280 wOBA, .332 xwOBA. Boyle doesn’t throw strikes, which could be good for Nootbaar’s run scoring and potentially run production if someone is walked ahead of him.

Tyler Soderstrom looks great at the dish right now, hitting .342 with an OPS north of 1.000 over his last 10 games.
