With a 10.4 K/9 and a 33.3% strikeout rate over his last three outings, and the Angels sporting a 24% strikeout rate against right-handers in August, this line feels like a sleeper top pick.

When it comes to this fantasy point projection we’ve seen Fulmer only exceed it once in his last five starts and that outing came against the lowly Colorado Rockies.

I’m looking for the Blue Jays to do some damage here in this matchup and keep the strikeouts to a minimum which will make it harder for Fulmer to rack up the fantasy points.
