Aaron Judge Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 0.5 RBI (1.84x)

I mean, have we seen Zack Littell pitch this season? I have and it’s been gross. He did toss a pair of quality starts and didn’t get wrecked by the Padres in San Diego his last time out, but he pitches to a ton of contact and he’s going up against one of the toughest lineups in the game. Looking for value, we’re going to take a shot here with Judge’s RBI for the day. He’s riding a 12-game hit streak with 10 RBI during the run and he’s got plenty of people able to get on-base in front of him. He can also do it himself with one swing of the bat, so let’s get it.      

 

 

Shohei Ohtani Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Total Bases (1.77x)

Ohtani was riding a five-game hit streak before Friday’s doughnut and even though he’s facing a strong starter like Spencer Schwellenbach, we’re going to go after his total bases today. Only twice this season has he followed up an “0-for” with another hitless effort. Those were both really early on in the season. All the other times, he’s come out swinging and been extremely successful. We’ll ride that train again here and look for him to cash this one fairly early in the game. And if you’re worried about Schwellenbach, Ohtani should still get at least two cracks against their bullpen. I believe we come out on top here.
