Angels vs Mariners - There's some rain in the forecast but nothing really concerning.

Astros vs Athletics - It's still 80 degrees with winds blowing out at 10 MPH, which benefits the already good hitting conditions.

Tyler Glasnow (LAD)

Analysis: With the one seed still technically in play, Tyler Glasnow should be close to full today and has been quite good since returning from the IL. Twice over his last four starts, Glasnow has put up 28+ DKP. He's struck out 6+ batters in every outing he's made this year. Of the two pitchers to spend on, Glasnow is the more likely pitcher to get extended.

Bryan Woo (SEA)

Analysis: Things have gotten progressively better throughout the year after pitching to a 6.43 ERA in July. In August, he posted a 3.27 ERA and held opponents to a .184 BAA. In September thus far, his ERA is a sparkling 1.42 and BAA is .196. He gets the best possible matchup on the board as the Angels travel from Sacramento to Seattle ranking 30th in wRC+ (77) against right-handed pitching, along with a 27.3% K-rate, highest in the league.

Ian Seymour (TB)

Analysis: This could go well and this could go poorly. Seymour has a high ceiling because of the strikouts and that's where the Yankees struggle against lefties. Since the All-Star break, they have a 23.8% K-rate vs. LHP, but they do have a 104 wRC+. That's an above average offense.

Ranger Suarez (BOS)

Analysis: This is an interesting spot for Suarez because it's pretty good for getting outs, but there are better strikeout spots. Since the All-Star break, the Guardians have an 98 wRC+ against southpaws but a 19.1% K-rate. Suarez has put up 20+ DKP in three straight games despite being sub-8K. 

Tyler Mahle (ATL)

Analysis: Another fantastic spot for Mahle to put up another fantastic score going up against the Reds. Since the break, they have an 82 wRC+ and 26.6% K-rate against righties. In eight games with the Braves, Mahle has a 1.28 ERA, 23.4% K-rate, 3.27 xFIP, and a 44.9% GB rate.

Grayson Rodriguez (LAA)

Analysis: Over his last 10 starts, Grayson Rodriguez has averaged 13.7 DKP/game and that's notable for a pitcher that's just $5.5K. Not typically where I start, but something noteable for sure. Rodriguez's ERA on the year is nearly 6 but over these last 10 starts, he has a 4.12, xFIP of 3.85, and a very respectable 22.6% K-rate. The 1.3 HR/9 hurt, but he's pitching in a ballpark that suppresses power.

Yordan Alvarez (OF, HOU), Isaac Paredes (3B, HOU) & Christian Walker (1B, HOU)

Analysis: The matchup against Mason Barnett is elite for the Astros as they head to Sutter Health Park. Righties have a .558 SLG% & .398 wOBA while lefties have a .299 AVG, .515 SLG%, and .395 wOBA against him. Both Paredes and Walker have .182+ ISO's & 19+ HRs vs. RHP and Alvarez is Yordan Alvarez.

Zack Gelof (3B, ATH), Shea Langeliers (C, ATH) & Lawrence Butler (OF, ATH)

Analysis: The Athletics look great as an alt stack to the Astros. They have the second highest implied of the day and have good bats today. All three listed here have been plus hitters vs. RHP since the break. Butler and Langeliers have 135 wRC+ or higher and Gelof is at 100. There are winds blowing out and it's Sutter Health.

Matt Olson (1B, ATL), Ronald Acuna (OF, ATL), Michael Harris (OF, ATL) & Drake Baldwin (C, ATL)

Analysis: The Braves look fantastic today and there's no way around it. Since the break, Brady Singer has pitched to a 6.99 ERA along with a .304/.384/.475 with a .377 wOBA and his strikeouts have been down while his walks are up. Just over the last 30 days, lefties have a .290 ISO & .476 wOBA against him while righties have a .194 ISO and .463 wOBA.

Dominic Canzone (OF, SEA)

Analysis: Grayson Rodriguez has pitched better recently but that doesn't mean we're going to not play Mariners or like any Mariners. Canzone looks great at his price point against righties (.226 ISO, .224 xISO, .342 wOBA, .354 xwOBA, 17 HR). Rodriguez has allowed .222 ISO, .196 xISO, .403 wOBA, and .371 xwOBA to lefties this year.

MLB DFS Value Hitters

Yainer Diaz (C, HOU)

Analysis: Diaz is rollin' right about now posting a .361/.395/.694 slash with three homers and 7 RBI over his last 10 games and now has a great ballpark to hit in. Diaz has hit righties well with a .192 ISO & .336 wOBA and we've already talked about how Barnett has struggled against both splits.

Josh Naylor (1B, SEA)

Analysis: Naylor hasn't had the power stroke this year but he has been better in the second half hitting .288 and reaching base at a .330 clip. He steals a bunch of bases and gets a good matchup against a pitcher struggling to get lefties out.

Jeff McNeil (1B/2B, ATH) & Donovan Walton (2B/SS, ATH)

Analysis: The Athletics have elite options that are really cheap in Sutter Health Park tonight. Since the break, McNeil is hitting .307 against righties while Donny Walton has an .859 OPS and 139 wRC+. They're both cheap and can be slotted in at two different positions each.

Paul Goldschmidt (1B, NYY), George Lombard (SS, NYY) & Heliot Ramos (OF, NYY)

Analysis: The Yankees have some potent bats against left-handed pitching. Each of Lombard, Goldschmidt, and Ramos have .210+ ISOs against southpaws along with .370 wOBA.
