DraftKings Recommended Lineup Week 4

All lineups are based off of a $50,000 salary cap featured at DraftKings, you best option in daily fantasy sports gaming. Lineups consist of a quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, one tight end,, one FLEX one kicker and one team defense.
QB: Tony Romo (DAL) @ SD--$7,800--Coming off of his best performance on the season in Week 3, Romo gets the of facing a Chargers defense that has allowed the most fantasy production to opposing quarterbacks. He will be without Miles Austin this week, but are other solid options in the Cowboys passing game, so he shouldn't have a hard time finding open receivers. Considering the high price tags on the top tier quarterbacks this week, it makes rostering Romo look even more appealing, as he has the chance to be a top five scorer among the other players at his position.
RB: Darren McFadden (OAK) vs. WAS--$6,000--If you read my Week 4 Start'em Sit'em column, then you already know I am high on Darren McFadden this week. The Raiders will welcome the Redskins and their underperforming defense to the Black Hole on Sunday, which should allow McFadden to have a field day, regardless the quarterback situation. The Redskins have the third-worst defense against opposing running backs, having allowed a touchdown in each of their first three contests. This game will likely be fast pace, with a lot of scoring, so be sure to get your piece of the pie.
RB: Matt Forte (CHI) @ DET--$7,300--The Lions may be 2-1, but it sure isn't because of their defense against opposing running backs. Ranked second-worst in fantasy production against running backs, the Lions are going to have a hard time defending Forte as they continue to battle injuries to their interior defensive players. Through the first three weeks, Forte has scored at least 19.1 fantasy points on DraftKings, producing in both the rushing and passing game for the Bears. It is hard to believe he won't be able to at least match his previous performances, as this may be the best week of the young season for Forte.
WR: Wes Welker (DEN) vs. PHI--$6,800--There are a lot of mouths to feed in the Broncos passing game, but Welker sure isn't starving through the first three weeks. Scoring at least one touchdown in all three games, puts him behind only Eddie Royal inn touchdown production in the early going, and this week's matchup against the Eagles shouldn't stop his current touchdown streak. The Eagles Defense has allowed the second-most fantasy production to opposing wide receivers, have surrendered five touchdowns through three contests. Anyone in the Broncos passing game is appealing this week, but Welker should supply the most bang for your buck in DraftKings PPR-format.
WR: Dwayne Harris (DAL) @ SD--$3,000--Harris is listed as questionable for this week's game against the Chargers, but with Miles Austin out of action it appears he will line up as the team's No. 2 wide receiver on Sunday. The Chargers defense has struggled to defend the pass this season, allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers. Considering his extremely cheap price, Harris is a great value as long as he is in fact active by kickoff.
TE: Jason Witten (DAL) @ SD--$5,500--A common trend of mine is to match up a tight end and receiver with my quarterback when putting together a daily fantasy lineup, and that is the case once again for Week 4. As previously mentioned, the Chargers have been terrible against the pass this season, including being the fifth-worst against opposing tight ends. Considering the amount of targets Witten has already received through three weeks (23), it is hard to imagine he won't at least get the same amount of targets he has received in previous weeks, making him a great start in DraftKings PPR-format.
FLEX: Maurice Jones-Drew (JAC) vs. IND--$5,700--I tend not to sue a running back in my FLEX spot most weeks due to the scoring format, but this week is an exception. The Colts defense looked great last week, but still allowed a touchdown on the ground, marking the third week in a row that occurred. Not only that, the Niners stopped feeding the ball to Frank Gore, which resulted in less than 100-yards allowed by the defensive group. That won't happen in this contest. When taking into consideration his cheap price tag, you really can't go wrong with MJD this week.
K: Garrett Hartley (NO) vs. MIA--$3,500--With the Saints offense firing on all cylinders, the foot of Hartley has been used an awful lot over the first three weeks of the season. The Dolphins defense is good enough to limit the touchdown total for the Saints, which should result in a lot of action for Hartley in this contest. While he is not the top option this week, his price is low enough to target him for the upside we expected from his a week ago.
DEF: Arizona Cardinals Defense/Special Teams @ TB--$4,100--The Cardinals defense has been underperforming through the first three weeks, but with the Buccaneers turning to a new quarterback, this may be a week to look at this group as a solid value play. Both Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams are listed as questionable for this week's game, and if they don't suit up, the Cardinals will be able to stack the box against Doug Martin. If that is in fact the case, this game will be a low scoring affair with the Cardinals defense turning a good return on investment.
