We have eight baseball games taking place on the opening night of the NFL. This starts a period in which new users my try their hand at a few non-NFL contests. This does not mean to play more, it just means we may receive some newer names or the familiar ones you have been seeing gin all your contests. The Tuesday after the first NFL week is your time to take advantage of new money in baseball, with plenty of overlay as well.
Tonight's MLB slate is fairly weak outside of the two aces in Kluber and Kershaw. It will be extremely hard to fit both them in on two pitcher sites, but there are plenty of value options in lineups at this time of the year. There is also a group of solid mid-tier options for pitching, which in turn keeps many games from being completely targeted. Currently, there are no games with a projected run total over 10 or more runs, and by first pitch, there may not be any single team projected to score five or more runs. It's definitely more of a slate to enter a few gpp's, and then be made watching the Patriots roll over the Chiefs tonight. Feel free to share your thoughts, and ask any questions in our forum. Good luck!
