There are six games taking place during the day today.  The playbook consists of plays for tonight's main slate of games, but if playing the early slate, below are a few thoughts.

1.  Pitching wise, Cole and Nelson, matchud up against each other, make for the top two pitching options.  Duffy is also in play on two pitcher sites.

2.  Stanton is once again the top play until he cools off.  The Marlins have the highest projected team total of the early games vs Cain.  Stanton is 8-22 with four HR's off him, with Realmuto a perfect 3-3.

3.  Baltimore may be the popular team to stack in the afternoon tonight vs Gonzalez.  He hasn't made it out of the fifth inning through his first two starts filling in for Felix.  He's allowed 11 runs and five long balls over 11 2/3 innings this season.

4.  Other top stacks include the Marlins, Nationals, and Royals.  Feel free to target the worst two teams in the N.L., who have been hitting long balls all over the place in this series.

For tonight's main slate, the weather in Minn is something we need to monitor thoughout the day.  The Indians are in a great spot vs Gibson, but need to make sure this game plays.  There is also some slight concern in Chicago and Colorado, but both games are looking to be played without any setbacks.

If you looked in the DK lobby late last night or this morning, you'll notice the brought out Pick'em games for MLB, starting with a $3 entry, $150,000 prize pool kickoff contest tonight.  Pick'ems are fun, and def more geared for gpp's than cash games.  At a 20 entry max per user tonight, entering a lineup or two in the kickoff tonight is worth it.  If playing, my suggested strategy is to pick 1-2 tiers to try to make your move.  Tonight, with no Darvish as an option, and potential weather in Minn, my play today would be Beltre, Mazara, and Gallo from tiers 4,5, and 6.     Good luck tonight!
