Fantasy Baseball Daily League Sleepers, Value Plays, & MLB Daily Lineup Decisions for July 27th

P Hector Santiago White Sox  ($7,000, 14% of cap at Draft Kings- Play Now): I like Rangers Alexi Ogando, but just not confident he will get past five innings in his second start of the DL, so the cheapest pitcher that I have confidence in is White Sox Hector Santiago as I also believe that the White Sox will get to Royals starter Bruce Chen.

OF Matt Joyce Rays ($6,972, 7.0% of cap at Draft Street - Play Now): Matt Joyce  has mashed righties, including today's opponent Phil Hughes. Joyce is 5-for-13 with two home runs, a triple, and a double off of Hughes over his career and we all know Hughes struggles to pitch at home.

OF David Murphy Rangers ($2,200, 7.1% of cap at Fan Duel- Play Now):  Murphy  is batting sixth and is facing a righty in Indians Ubaldo Jimenez whom he has a .273 average against (in a small sample size).

OF Colby Rasmus ($71,000, 7.1% of cap at Daily Joust - Play Now): The game is in Rogers Centere center where Rasmus is hitting about 40 points higher at .291 and you get the L/R matchup versus Astros Jarred Cosart. 12 of Rasmus's 17 home runs have come off of right-handed pitching.

1B Paul Konerko White Sox ($4,500, 9.0% of cap Draft Kings- Play Now ): Konerko is 11-for-45 versus Royals starter Bruce Chen with five of those 11 hits leaving the yard.

2B Daniel Descalso Cardinals($55,000, 5.5% of cap Daily Joust - Play Now ): If you are looking to punt second base (rather than use Reds Brandon Phillips who is 14-for-32 .438 in his career versus Dodgers Chris Capuano with an on OPS of 1.094) than Descalso could be your guy.

SS JJ Hardy Orioles ($7,028, 7.0% of cap at Fan Duel- Play Now): The right-handed hitting Hardy is 6-for-18 with three extra-base hits, including a home run off of the lefty Jon Lester in his career and the game is in Camden Yards.

3B Josh Donaldson Athletics ($6,515, 6.5% of cap Draft Street - Play Now): Price tag has dropped drastically due to some recent struggles, but I'm optimistic that Donaldson who is batting third and facing Angels Tommy Hanson will provide for you today.
