Fantasy Baseball Daily League Sleepers, Value Plays, & MLB Daily Lineup Decisions for June 26th

by Michael Pichan (@FantasyNomad)

P Robbie Erlin Padres ($3,500, 10% of cap at Fan Duel - Play Now): Erlin held the Jays to just two runs in 6.2 innings with four strikeouts, so it's plausible that this lefty could neutralize those big left-handed bats in the Phillies lineup.

OF Andrew Brown Mets ($55,000, 5.5% of cap at Daily Joust - Play Now): Of the 10 games Brown has played in since being recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas he has only been a starter in four of them, which makes his three home runs even more impressive. Brown has hit double-digit home runs in all but his first season in the minors in 2007 where he only played 66 games, while hitting for a decent average at most every level.

OF Ichiro Suzuki Yankees ($2,600, 7.2% of cap at  Fan Duel - Play Now): Suzuki continues to rake and you get the L/R matchup vs Justin Grimm in Yankee Stadium.

OF B.J. Upton Braves ($5,416, 5.4% of cap at Draft Street - Play Now): B.J. is batting .286 over the last seven days with four walks and went 2-for-3 the last time he faced Luis Mendoza.

1B Jason Giambi Indians ($3,900, 7.8% of cap at Draft Kings - Play Now): Giambi is 3-for-6 with a double in his career off the lefty Jason Hammel who has a 14% HR/FB rate, game is in hitter friendly Camden, too.

3B David Freese Cardinals ($6,900, 6.9% of cap Draft Day - Play Now ): R/L matchup versus Eric Bedard. Bedard has pitched well at home, but this is the Cardinals, so expect that trend to end.

2B D.J. LeMahieu Rockies ($3,500, 7.0% of cap at Draft Kings - Play Now): LeMahieu is batting leadoff and is tied for second among all second baseman in hits over the last seven days.

SS Erick Aybar Angels ($79,000, 7.9% of cap at Daily Joust - Play Now): The switch-hitting Aybar hits better from the right side of the dish at almost .300 and is hitting .348 over his last six games with two stolen bases.

C Jason Castro Astros ($7,659, 7.7% of cap at Draft Street - Play Now): The LHH Castro is batting in the three hole tonight versus the RHP Lance Lynn. If you are excited about starting a hitter versus Lynn than consider Cubs Welington Castillo (5-6% of cap) versus Brewers Yovani Gallardo.

Teams to Stack: Left-handed bats in the White Sox lineup vs. Mets RHP Shaun Marcum and left-handed bats in the Braves lineup vs. Royals RHP Luis Mendoza
Pichan's Pick: The over of 9.5 in the Indians @ Baltimore game, but weather will be an issue all game.
