Starting in place of Rashad Jennings, Parmele should be able to finish with solid fantasy production considering the Titans give up the fourth most fantasy points-per-game to opposing running backs.
WR: Roddy White (ATL) @ TB--$160,000--Since I recommend starting Matt Ryan, it only makes sense to start his top receiving option to handcuff the selection. The Buccaneers have allowed the second most fantasy points-per-game to opposing wide receivers this season, and in what should be a high scoring game, Roddy White is in line for a huge day.
WR: Kendall Wright (TEN) @ JAC--$79,000--Since I spent a lot of my budget on Roddy White, I had to look for value picks at my other wide receiver positions. The Titans are matched up against the Jaguars this week, so there is a good chance Kendall Wright has a big game based on the team's struggles defending the pass, so he is a nice option at a cheap price.
