Orioles vs. Guardians Predictions

With the new week in MLB, we have some teams going head to head to start some fresh series tonight, and Baltimore vs. Cleveland is one I have my eye on. Tomoyuko Sugano has been just awful this summer, and the Guardians are heating up as winners of 8 in the last 10 games. 

Starting with picking on Sugano, after a good start to the season, things have fallen off quickly, and over the last 7 starts, he has allowed 27 runs in the last 31.1 innings pitched, during which time he also gave up 49 hits and had just 24 strikeouts. Going to be really hard for him to get outs tonight if these trends continue, as Cleveland has a bevy of batters that hit righties well, and they don’t strike out much at 20.8% since July 1st. It seems like the right wager to make to back the Guardians to win today, so let’s scoop them up on the Money Line!

In addition to that, you know we must directly attack Sugano with a player prop, and when it comes to Cleveland, there’s one man for the job, and it's Jose Ramirez. He’s having another great year, and in the 3 games since the All-Star break, he is hitting .300 with a 1.317 OPS and can hammer right-handed pitching overall. Give me the over on his hits/runs/RBIs today as 1.5 just isn’t enough to hold our man down!
