It's a Sunday Funday and guess what, most of us don't have work tomorrow! Feels really good to wash away the Sunday scaries for a week and have another day to relax and watch baseball. Speaking of that, I have had a blast writing this article all week as the money keep rolling in and we are now up to a season high total in running bankroll! Today's slate should help us all build on that too as I am watching a Money Line, strikeout prop and a game total in today's betting advice! As always good luck and enjoy your Sunday everyone, let's make some cash!

MLB Best Bets for September 3

Philadelphia Phillies at Milwaukee Brewers

The Phillies head into the final game of this series trying to avoid the dreaded sweep against the Brewers. Lucky for Philly its really hard to sweep a team in the MLB in these 3 game series and its harder still when its a team as good as the Phillies. The pitching matchup for today is fairly even in my assessment as Ranger Suarez takes on Wade Miley so nothing moving the needle there much. What really puts me in for the Phillies today is due theory and the fact that the Brewers offense can really struggle to score runs and somehow they have 14 through the first 2 games. That's a long way from their season average of 4.41 which ranks in the bottom half of the MLB. The road side on the other hand seems to score at least 5 runs a game and should again today so give me the Phillies Money Line at the standard even money pretty much.

Pick: Philadelphia Phillies Money Line (-108 on Caesars)

Toronto Blue Jays at Colorado Rockies

Picking on the Rockies has been a past time at this point in the MLB season for me and it's going to continue today as the Blue Jays wrap up their series in the Rocky Mountains. By now we all know the Rockies are a bad team but not only that they also strikeout very often, 9.47 times per game to be exact. That ranks as the 3rd highest rate in the league and today they will face Kevin Gausman who has been so damn good this season in Toronto. The Blue Jays ace has 202 total strikeouts on the year over 155.1 innings pitched and has gone over his prop line of 7.5 strikeouts in 12 starts. It's likely to be close as the number is inflated a bit today but I believe he can sit down this lineup with his stuff. Give me the over at plus money, thank you very much!

Pick: Kevin Gausman Over 7.5 Strikeouts (+130 on DraftKings)

Boston Red Sox at Kansas City Royals

Final best bet of the day here as the Red Sox and Royals close up their series that has seen a ton of runs so far. In the first 2 games there were 29 total runs scored and it looks like it could be more of the same in today's meeting as Chris Sale and Taylor Clarke start on the mound. Sale is just not the pitcher he used to be and is hanging on a 4.75 ERA while Clarke is has and ERA of 5.44 and the Royals pitching all around is garbage. The Red Sox are projected around 5.7 runs today according to the model and the Royals just shy of 5 and that gets us to the over that is an even 10 runs. Boston has also gone over in 54.1% of games this season, the 6th highest rate in the MLB so let's bank on that again!

Pick: Red Sox & Royals Over 10 Runs (-115 on BetRivers)
