Whether it’s Drake Baldwin or Joey Bart behind the plate for the Braves, we’re in a good spot here with AJ Smith-Shawver on the mound today. The young righty has been up and down to the minors over the past few seasons as injuries continue to derail his career. With him making a spot start in Game 1 of the doubleheader, we’ll look at Mets leadoff man A.J. Ewing to swipe a bag. He’s posting a .345 OBP against righties this year with 10 stolen bases to his credit. He’s going to look to get the Mets started off hot today.
