Three of the four LCK teams on Wednesday’s slate are playoff-bound with matches that could determine whether or not they get a first-round bye in the LCK playoffs. The only playoff-bound team from the LPL is currently RNG and they square off against the third-worst team, LGD Gaming. There's potential for season-defining performances on Wednesday with great value across the slate. Let’s dive in!

Fantasy Value Breakdown
Series #1: DRX vs Nongshim RedForce
Game Breakdown: Throughout this 2022 campaign, DRX has found ways to get better. We see their carries (Deft in particular) are at the center of their win conditions and not an afterthought late in the draft. Deft now has the fourth-most kills in the LCK (131 kills in 32 games played) and has nearly 35% of all DRX kills. They have a slower play style, which means they aren’t as flashy as a Gen.G or T1. This makes them go under the radar and people will sleep on picks from their team because of it.
NS started explosive but has seemingly come back down to earth. To put this into perspective, their top laner (Canna) and jungler (Dread) are the two highest-performing players on the team in the kill category. This does not set your team up for success in the current meta.
- Favorite Picks: Deft (DRX: $11,400/), DRX ($5,600)
- Value Picks: Bdd (NS: $9,000/$6,000), Canna (NS: $5,600)
- Cann’s Match Pick: DRX (2-0)
Series #2: Gen.G vs Damwon Gaming KIA
Game Breakdown: This will be the must-see series of the morning. Gen.G is currently situated in second place over their opponent, DWG. While no result from this game will immediately adjust the standings, there will be a lot said about the momentum from both teams going into playoffs. Each team has five games remaining on their Spring schedule and two games separate them in the standings. Gen.G holds the one-game lead in their head-to-head matchup, but DWG can make a run in these final games.
DWG will need to continue to ride deokdam and Kellin in the bottom lane. These two have finally become the bottom lane duo DWG thought they were getting at the beginning of 2022. The former RedForce bottom lane is averaging huge points in its last 10 series (Kellin at 69.8 FPPG and deokdam at 69.6). Gen.G will be applying a lot of pressure through its two solo laners in Doran and Quid, but the absence of Chovy may prove to be too much. With the current COVID-19 breakout on Gen.G, be careful of picking up too many players as there is always a risk of not getting them to play.
- Favorite Picks: deokdam (DWG: $10,800/$7,200), ShowMaker (DWG: $7,200)
- Value Picks: Peanut (GEN: $6,200)
Series #3: Ultra Prime vs TT Gaming
Game Breakdown: In this series, sub-32 minute wins are the only option for Ultra-Prime. Anything less than that should be seen as a failure. Elk (UP ADC) is averaging 73.7 FPPG while the highest performing player from TT (Ucal) is at 50.5 FPPG. I think we will see aggressive lanes out of UP to snowball the game early and put TT on the backfoot throughout the mid-game. TT’s ADC (Puff) is a decent player but he lacks the protection in fights that he needs. Not much else to break down in this matchup.
- Favorite Picks: Elk (UP: $12,000/$8,000), H4cker (UP: $7,000), Ultra Prime ($5,400)
- Value Picks: Ucal (TT: $6,400), New (TT: $4,800)
- Cann’s Match Pick: Ultra Prime (2-0)
Series #4: Royal Never Give Up vs LGD Gaming
Game Breakdown: Much like the other LPL match, this needs to be a resounding 2-0 victory for RNG. LGD has some players who can put up numbers, especially their ADC Eric. He has 127 kills in the Spring Split and only 85 deaths. LGD has focused their strategy on playing through Eric and relies heavily on him to have good positioning in the late game. This will ultimately be their downfall due to RNG’s excellent team target selection. Xiaohu and Wei will look for opportunities to jump on the LGD bottom laner in team fights. We should see our biggest numbers from this match, which is why there are also the RNG players who have the highest price tags.
- Favorite Picks: Xiaohu (RNG: $12,000/$8,000), Gala (RNG: $12, 300/$8,200), Ming ($6,000), RNG ($5,800)
- Value Picks: Shadow (LNG: $5,800), fearness (LGD: $5,200)
- Cann’s Match Pick: Royal Never Give Up (2-0)
