CFB DFS Week 11 Thursday Top Plays

Seth Henigan, QB, Memphis ($7.4K DK/$11.0K FD)

Memphis is riding its longest losing streak (four games) in nine years, but they can still gain bowl eligibility for a ninth-straight season with two wins in their final three games. They should beat North Alabama on 11/19 so that means tonight’s game against Tulsa is hugely important to Henigan and the program. Henigan can be a rushing QB and has run for 289 yards and 4 TDs on the season- which is Tulsa’s only weak point. He has also thrown two interceptions in each of the past three games to match his six touchdown passes during that same span — not the greatest. He went 26-of-39 passing for 284 yards with a touchdown against UCF on Saturday and over the last four games is averaging 311 passing yards and a 25.3 DK fantasy point average. He is not having his best season but is still the top-overall QB of the slate.

Keylon Stokes, WR, Tulsa ($7.5K DK/$9.2K FD)

Stokes is the slot man for the Tulsa offense. He has 57 receptions and 964 yards with five touchdowns on the season, but had his second-lowest receiving total of the season last week — 40 yards. Even after that dud game, he's still the country's third-leading receiver with 964 yards. Stokes, who is Tulsa's all-time leader with 3,514 career receiving yards and six 100-yard games this season, is facing a Memphis defense that is ranked 119th against the pass. Stokes, who is averaging more than nine targets per game, gets a big boost if Davis Brin plays at quarterback but most reports have him sitting again with a shoulder injury.

Khaleb Hood, WR, Georgia Southern WR ($5.7K DK/$7.3K FD)

Georgia Southern has one of the most prolific passing offenses in the FBS. This is no longer an option offense as Clay Helton has come in and flipped the script and they have one of the deepest receiver corps in the Sun Belt in the trio of Hood, Derwin Burgess Jr. and Amare Jones. Hood has had 33 receptions in just his last four games alone and in a PPR style-format like DraftKings, that means fantasy gold for the Eagles' most targeted receiver.

CFB DFS Week 11 Thursday Top Value Plays

Jalen White, RB, Georgia Southern ($4.5K DK/$9.5K FD)

DraftKings was caught sleeping at the wheel with White’s price. He is only $4.5K on DK while over on FanDuel, he is the highest-priced non-QB on the slate. White has at least 9.8 DraftKings points in every game this season with five games over 20. He has taken over from Gerald Green as the main runner and has double digit DK fantasy points in every game played this season except a 9.8 DKFP against Ball State back in Week 4. He's the lock of the day on both DK and FD!

Joe Scates, WR, Memphis ($4.3K DK/$6.9K FD)

At $3K last week, Scates paid off value for us value seekers with a 4-38-1 game on five targets. The Iowa State transfer now has double-digit DK fantasy point games out of his last three played and is averaging 50 yards per game receiving on the season. It appears that Memphis has tightened up its WR rotation which will be good news for Scates owners tonight.

Other Players to Consider:

Kyle Vantrease, QB, Georgia Southern ($7.1K DK/$10.4K FD)

Has the third-most passing yards (2,982) and is tied for fourth-most passing touchdowns (20) in the Sun Belt.

Ben Wooldridge, QB Louisiana-Lafayette ($6.7K DK/$9.8K FD)

Will catch some ownership on DK due to his price tag — averages over two touchdowns per game over his last games.

Braylon Braxton, QB, Tulsa ($5.7K DK/$9.0K FD)

If Brin is out, Braxton makes an interesting dart option as cheapest QB on the slate. Four touchdowns and zero turnovers on the season.

Chris Smith, RB, Louisiana Lafayette ($6.0K DK/$7.8K FD)

Season-high 18 carries last week and facing a weak GSU rush defense. My top sneaky play.

Deneric Prince, RB, Tulsa ($6.4K DK/$8.6K FD)

15 rush attempts per game with a 15.6 DKFP average.

Michael Jefferson, WR, Louisiana-Lafayette ($6.0K DK/$7.5K FD)

Is the alpha as he leads team in targets (63); receptions (36) and touchdowns (5).

Juan Carlos Santana, WR, Tulsa ($6.9K DK/$7.9K FD)

610 receiving yards and five touchdowns, so stopping Stokes isn’t the only test for the Memphis defense.

Caden Prieskorn, TE, Memphis ($6.2K DK/$7.7K FD)

Leads Memphis in receptions, yards and touchdowns.

Marcus Sanders, WR, Georgia Southern ($3.0K DK/$4.8K FD)

With Amare Jones out for season and Jeremy Singleton questionable, Sanders becomes an interesting GPP value.

DraftKings & FanDuel Core:

  • Seth Henigan, QB, Memphis
  • Jalen White, RB, Georgia Southern
  • Keylon Stokes, WR, Tulsa
