CFB DFS Quarterbacks Week 13

PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
C.J. StroudOSUMICH920024.941050023.76
Even though he hasn’t exactly been performing like the Heisman favorite lately, Stroud is always a top QB option while leading the high-scoring Ohio State offense. When comparing him to Bryce Young or Bo Nix on this slate, he actually may offer a safer DFS floor for cash while having that ceiling we all know about. With the Buckeyes have injuries in the backfield, Stroud may be throwing it a bunch in this matchup with Michigan.
Max DugganTCUISU810026.591000023.71
With TCU looking to end the season undefeated, bank on Duggan to be leading the offensive charge even against a tougher Iowa State defense. After a poor effort against Texas, he bounced back for 30 DK last week on the road at Baylor. He’s averaging 32 DK at home this season compared to 21 DK on the road, which bodes well for this home matchup to end the regular season on a high note. Duggan should be popular in cash on this slate.
Austin ReedWKUFAU770029.72
The pass-happy Western Kentucky offense has one of the top implied team totals of this slate and Austin Reed should be involved in much of that scoring. The QB has tossed 33 TDs over 12 games this season while averaging 319 passing yards per contest. The floor/ceiling combo is among the best for college QBs and he can be great for cash on this slate against a middle-of-the-pack FAU defense.
Garrett GreeneWVUOKST680011.61850010.60
Greene started last week with JT Daniels benched and put up 28 DK and four total TDs (three passing, one rushing) against Kansas State. He also put up 36 DK in relief of Daniels the game prior. Assuming Greene starts again this week, there’s plenty of upside and dual-threat rushing value against Oklahoma State’s poor defense in a high-total matchup. He makes for a great Super-Flex play in all formats.
Ben GulbransonORSTORE650011.95810012.98
Gulbranson doesn’t put up the best stats in a run-focused Oregon State offense, but he has been serviceable while Chance Nolan remains sidelined. He’s put up 20 DK in back-to-back games with two rushing scores and three pass TDs combined over the past two contests. There’s GPP upside for Gulbranson and the Beavers’ passing attack against a subpar Oregon pass defense.
Todd CenteioJMUC-C580028.91
After a one-week injury absence and then a dud against Louisville, Centeio has bounced back with 21 and 27 DK in the past two games while being efficient through the air. He just tossed four TDs last game as the JMU offense continues to roll against Sun Belt defenses. Coastal ranks 108th in passing yards allowed during conference play and Centeio can easily return value, especially at his cheap DK price.

CFB DFS Running Backs Week 13

PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
Mohamed IbrahimMINNWISC740030.64
Ibrahim continues to be one of the more trustworthy real-life and DFS RBs in the country. He’s getting a massive bell-cow workload with 30+ carries in five straight games and has churned out at least 100 rushing yards and a TD in literally every game this season. That’s remarkable consistency and we have no reason to fade him this week in cash, even against a tough Wisconsin defense.
Will ShipleyCLEMSCAR670020.93850018.38
Shipley gets a good matchup here against a South Carolina defense that gave up 206 rushing yards per game and almost five yards per carry during conference play. Clemson can follow suit like those SEC opponents as it leans on Shipley and the run game here as double-digit favorites at home. He hasn’t gone over 100 yards or broken 20 DK in three games, but look for that to change this week.
Devin MockobeePURIU600016.19
Mockobee has a great matchup against Indiana, but it’s unclear if he’ll play after suffering a concussion last week. If he’s in, then he’s a solid cash or GPP option against an IU defense that’s giving up 202 rushing yards and two rush TDs per game in conference play. Before exiting early last game, Mockobee was getting a bell-cow workload with 100+ rushing yards in three of the previous four contests. If he’s out, then look at Dylan Downing or Kobe Lewis for value.
Kaytron AllenPSUMSU590015.33820014.05
Both Allen and Singleton are good plays again this week in a nice matchup. Michigan State is allowing 214 rushing yards per game and 4.8 ypc during conference play and PSU’s run-focused offense should have plenty of success. It’s always tough choosing between Allen and Singleton, but both can come through at affordable prices. Allen is coming off a 100-yard game and has 22 DK or more in three of the last four.
Dallan HaydenOSUMICH540011.95650010.57
It’s very possible both Miyan Williams and TreVeyon Henderson are out this week and Hayden is OSU’s lead back once again. Hayden was an excellent value for us last game when he put up 38 DK with 146 rushing yards and three TDs on 27 carries. Clearly the Buckeyes trust Hayden with a large workload and that could be the case again this week. Even against a good Michigan rush defense, Hayden is definitely in play if he’s Ohio St’s starting RB and getting workhorse volume like last game with Williams/Henderson out.
Jase McClellanBAMAAUB490011.66620010.75
Jahmyr Gibbs could be out again this week after being sidelined lately with an ankle injury. That means McClellan may be Alabama’s lead back for a third straight game and he gets to face a bad Auburn rush defense that’s allowing 200+ rushing yards per game and 5.1 ypc in SEC play. McClellan ran for 84 yards on 19 carries two games ago and then 156 yards and two scores on 17 carries last week. The value is so good if Gibbs is out again.
Jaylen AndersonWVUOKST34003.6255003.57
Anderson presents a very interesting GPP dart in West Virginia’s backfield this week. The redshirt freshman saw a season-high seven carries for 69 yards last week for an impressive 9.9 ypc average. It’s possible he sees more carries and workload in this regular-season finale with WVU looking to give looks to younger guys. Johnson has plenty of upside at a cheap price against a poor Oklahoma State rush defense.
CJ StokesMICHOSU33003.8155003.64
The Michigan backfield is definitely one to watch for injury news. It’s possible both Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards are out and Stokes is the lead back. Obviously, he won’t be a DFS stud like the Heisman candidate Corum, but Stokes could easily return value if he’s getting the volume in a run-heavy Michigan offense. Chances are, Michigan won’t want to change up its offensive identity even if Corum is out and Stokes is plenty involved. He saw 11 carries for 36 yards last game when Corum was banged up.

CFB DFS Wide Receivers Week 13

PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPGFD $FD FPPG
Marvin Harrison Jr.OSUMICH820022.99940018.67
As has been the case all season, Harrison Jr. and Emeka Egbuka are both high-upside plays when the Ohio State offense is clicking. Don’t be surprised if one or both break the slate, especially if pairing with C.J. Stroud in cash or GPP lineups. Ohio State may be passing more often than not with their backfield injuries and Michigan’s stout run defense. We can never overlook the talent of Harrison Jr. no matter the matchup anyway.
Xavier HutchinsonISUTCU800025.27900016.97
Iowa State is on the slate, which means Hutchinson should be automatically considered in all formats. He’s been a trustworthy cash play all year long and as good as it gets when paying up at WR. Even when ISU struggles to score points, Hutchinson is consistently good for his own stats and that shouldn’t change this week.
Malachi CorleyWKUFAU730020.6
Corley and the WKU receivers are always in play if the pass-happy Hilltoppers’ offense is on the slate. As for Corley, he’s pretty much a lock for double-digit DFS points with his high volume of receptions and yards. Through 12 games, he’s racked up 82 receptions, 1,052 yards and seven scores while averaging 20 DK per contest. He should be a safe cash option.
Sam JamesWVUOKST600014.27730012.57
Even with West Virginia’s QB change, James is still a good DFS play. Last week, he went for three TDs and 102 yards on three receptions with Greene under center. He’s a great GPP or cash option this week against a weak Oklahoma State pass defense. James now has at least 12 DK in four straight games.
Taye BarberTCUISU570010.264008.26
Depending on TCU’s injury report pre-game, we could see Barber in a lead role for a second straight game. He went for five receptions and 108 yards last week after Quentin Johnston left early with an ankle injury and Derius Davis sat out. Both could play this week, but they may be limited. Barber could be needed more in TCU’s offense, especially with Kendre Miller also banged up. He's pretty cheap for the GPP upside.
Ronnie BellMICHOSU560012.49660010.04
We could see a game script and situation where Michigan will need to pass more often than not this week against Ohio State, especially if Blake Corum is out. That would boost the Wolverines’ pass-catchers and Ronnie Bell can smash value if he’s getting more targets and receptions. He’s the only Michigan receiver who’s been consistently involved and is clearly a top target for McCarthy.
Jaylen HallWKUFAU540012.34
If you don’t want to pay up for Corley and still want exposure to WKU’s offense, then Hall is a decent value. He’s been up-and-down this season but has come on lately. Hall has at least six catches and 80+ yards in three of the last four games and has put up back-to-back good performances in the past two. This is a cheap price tag for someone with his recent production in a pass-first offense.
Jaheim BellSCARCLEM45009.4170008.16
The matchup against Clemson is obviously a tough one, but Bell presents some interesting value. He’s actually been operating as South Carolina’s lead RB lately with 16, 12, and 17 carries in the past three games. That rushing volume raises his DFS floor to a slightly safer level, though he likely won’t have as much success against Clemson here. Still, he’s worth a look at some cheap prices.
Cortez BrahamWVUOKST35004.149002.20
With Greene under center for WVU last week, Braham had four catches for 54 yards as one of the top targets. It’s tough to tell whether that will continue for a second straight game, but there’s upside for Braham to return value and more at some dirt-cheap prices. The OK State pass defense is terrible and WVU can have plenty of success through the air.
