Doug Edert (Saint Peter’s) – OVER 17.4 Fantasy Score
Around little Saint Peter’s University, students wear fake mustaches in honor of the guard who has plucked the Peacocks out of obscurity and into the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament. Doug Edert has scored 20 and 13 points off the bench in each of the Peacocks’ first two games and is leading the team in scoring so far in the tourney. He'll be in the mix again tonight as 12-15 real points are not out of the question while Purdue's defense concentrates on players like KC Ndefo and Daryl Banks.
KC Ndefo (Saint Peter’s) – UNDER 28.2 Fantasy Score
There is no doubt that Ndefo is the alpha on this St. Peter’s squad. He is one of the nation's leading shot blockers (12.6%) while averaging 12.2 points and 6.1 rebounds over the last 10 games. He has had an amazing tournament so far, especially locking down KJ Williams and Murray State.
But it all stops here tonight as Ndefo is running into the top interior tandem in the nation – Trevion Williams and Zach Edey of Purdue. This is not Fairfield or Marist. These are the big boys from the Big Ten and the most glaring stat of all is that Edey is No. 2 in the nation in fouls drawn (7.6 per 40) and Williams is 65th (5.8 per 40). Ndefo will have major issues pushing over this prop when he is nailed to the bench in foul trouble for half the game.
Charlie Moore (Miami FL) – OVER 21.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts
Moore put up a huge game against Auburn, coming one rebound and two assists shy of a triple-double. It was his fifth straight game over the 21.5 PRA prop and the seventh in the last eight. He has scored at least 15 points in four straight games and is third in the ACC at 4.6 assists a game. Iowa State and its fifth-ranked adjusted efficiency defense is no pushover, but you ride a chucker like Charlie Moore when he gets hot – and Moore is hot right now.
