Jalen PickettPSUMICH940041.34
Pickett continues to fill up the stat sheet with All-American-caliber numbers and it’s made him a consistent DFS stud in cash or GPP. He’s now averaging 16.8 points, 7.5 assists, 7.4 rebounds, and 41 DK per game. Even at this elevated price tag, it’s really tough to fade Pickett and his production in all formats. He's put up at least 40 DK in six of the last eight contests and the two times he didn't were against non-power conference teams. Tonight, he benefits from a pace-boost vs Michigan.
Terquavion SmithNCSTDUKE920035.17
If you want to fade Pickett, then Smith is another top pay-up option at guard tonight. A matchup vs Duke isn’t totally ideal, but NC State does play at home where Smith is averaging 19 PPG and 37 DK. He’s also been excellent lately with 33+ DK in seven of the past nine and then 26 and 30 DK in the two others. We know Smith will be taking a ton of shots with the ball in his hands a lot when NC State is on offense – especially in a potential upset bid tonight.
Caleb DanielsVUGU800029.7
Daniels is a tad pricey, but we know what we’re getting with the Villanova guard and he gets a matchup against a weak defensive team in Georgetown tonight. Daniels offers a strong DFS floor of 25-30 DK with his high offensive usage that hasn’t changed much with Cam Whitmore in the lineup. He has plenty of three-point upside tonight with the Hoyas having one of the worst perimeter defenses in college hoops.
Ricky Council IVARKMIZZ730028.75
Council is back in a high-usage role for Arkansas with Nick Smith out again. Council was the Razorbacks’ go-to scorer more often than not when Smith was sidelined earlier this season and it appears that’s the case again. He saw a team-high 28% usage rate and took 19 shots last game with Smith out – resulting in 26 DK despite not shooting it well. The volume raises Council’s cash floor a ton and now he gets a pace-boost vs Missouri tonight.

Also Consider:

  • Isaiah Wong – Miami FL ($9100) – Cash/GPP
  • D'Moi Hodge – Missouri ($8200) – Cash
  • Jordan Hawkins – UConn ($7700) – GPP

Gabe KalscheurISUOU560019.79
Kalscheur moved into Iowa State’s starting lineup last game with Aljaz Kunc out, and he went off for 23 points and 34 DK. He now has 32+ DK in both of his two starts this season and should be locked into playing time with Kunc out for extended time. Kalscheur is still just a GPP play because most of his DFS production comes from pure points, but there’s plenty of upside when he gets hot from three-point range.
Davonte DavisARKMIZZ500019.46
With Nick Smith out, it looks like Davis is ready to step into a much bigger role for Arkansas. He had 16 points and 31 DK last game while taking 18 shots and logging 40 minutes last game. The Razorbacks are rolling with a very tight rotation now with Smith and Trevon Brazile out, and it locks Davis into playing time in the backcourt and on the wing. He's a great value in all formats at just 5k in a pace-boost matchup.
Jaylen BlakesDUKENCST450014.23
Blakes moved into the starting lineup last game with Tyrese Proctor heading to the bench. The sophomore guard put up 17 points with 26 DK in the bigger role. It’s tough to know whether Blakes will stay in the starting lineup, but his good performance obviously warrants another start tonight. He’s now scored 17 points in back-to-back games and will get a pace-boost matchup vs NC State tonight.
Kowacie ReevesUFTA&M420017.11
Maybe someday DK will make an adjustment, but Reeves is still way too cheap and he should be a popular value play yet again. Though he’s coming off the bench lately, Reeves has put up 29, 16, and 19 DK the last three games as a reserve. He has even more upside than normal tonight against an A&M defense that’s struggled on the perimeter, while Reeves is one of Florida’s top three-point shooters with a 40% make rate this season.

Also Consider:

  • Jeremy Roach – Duke ($5700) – GPP
  • Dug McDaniel – Michigan ($5300) – Cash
  • Andrew Funk – Penn State ($5100) – GPP
  • Milos Uzan – Oklahoma ($4700) – Cash
  • K.D. Johnson – Auburn ($4400) – GPP
  • Kyle Sturdivant – Georgia Tech ($4400) – Cash

CBB DFS Top Forwards

Hunter DickinsonMICHPSU900035.54
After a slew of “down” efforts compared to his standards, Dickinson went off for 54 DK vs Maryland on Sunday thanks to his 32 points and 12 rebounds. That’s a good reminder of Dickinson’s smash DFS ceiling at his best. One of those could be coming tonight against an undersized Penn State frontcourt that’s struggled against opposing bigs this season. Dickinson should have plenty of success inside if he stays out of foul trouble.
Johni BroomeAUBUGA860031.6
It’s tough to roster many Auburn players in DFS right now, but Broome is one who’s consistently putting up 30+ DK in his high-usage role. The center has 38 and 36 DK in the past two games and he should have plenty of success offensively against a below-average Georgia frontcourt defense. The Bulldogs have allowed opposing bigs to have some success this year and Broome can easily be the next.
Norchad OmierMIAGT830032.55
We’re only breaking down Omier in this playbook, but know that both Isaiah Wong and Jordan Miller should be considered as top plays for Miami against Georgia Tech tonight. As for Omier, the big man should have plenty of success on offense and as a rebounder against a weak GT frontcourt. We’ve seen opposing bigs dominate the paint in this matchup and Omier should do the same. He’s a pretty safe bet for 30+ DK for cash lineups.
Cam WhitmoreVUGU680022.43
After coming off the bench for his first month of the season, Whitmore finally entered Villanova’s starting lineup last game. That resulted in 14 points, eight rebounds, and 31 DK with one of the freshman’s best all-around performances this year. It appears Nova is ready to take the training wheels off and let Whitmore be the team’s alpha playmaker with Big East play here. Whitmore has plenty of GPP upside to smash at this price tag in a favorable matchup vs Georgetown.

Also Consider:

  • Colin Castleton – Florida ($8500) – GPP
  • Kobe Brown – Missouri ($8100) – GPP/Cash
  • Kyle Filipowski – Duke ($8000) – GPP

CBB DFS Value Forwards

PlayerTeamOpp.DK $DK FPPG
Jordan WalshARKMIZZ600017.56
Walsh is another Arkansas player who’s benefiting in DFS from teammates being out. The freshman has now put up 31 DK in two of the last three games and is playing a bigger role in the frontcourt with Trevon Brazile out. Even though he’s starting to get priced up, Walsh is still a decent value for the 30+ DK upside in a pace-boost matchup vs Missouri tonight.
Dariq WhiteheadDUKENCST450013
Whitehead returned from a one-game absence and scored 16 points with 22 DK last time out. He’s looked much more comfortable while playing a bigger role for Duke in the past month or so while Dereck Lively continues to struggle. We’ve said it for a while now, but Whitehead simply should not be priced below 5k based on his overall talent upside – though he just hasn’t produced like it in DFS. That’s starting to change with 20+ DK in three straight games and a larger offensive role now.
Bryson MozoneGUVU440013.08
As was the case earlier this season when Jay Heath was sitting out, Mozone will benefit right now with Heath injured. Mozone put up 17 DK last game with his teammate out and he had 22 DK in the game prior when Heath left early. Whether he starts or comes off the bench for Georgetown, Mozone is a solid value at his sub-5k price tag because he’s locked into more minutes on the wing with Heath sidelined.
Ronnie DeGray IIIMIZZARK35008.16
DeGray is coming off a poor performance vs Kentucky last game, but he’s still a good value at this dirt cheap price tag. He’s now started the past three games and is playing a key role in Mizzou’s frontcourt. DeGray ran into foul trouble vs Oscar Tshiebwe last game but should have a much easier time vs weaker Arkansas bigs. He had 18 and 20 DK in the two games prior to last.

Also Consider:

  • Julius Marble – Texas A&M ($5100) – GPP
  • Myles Dread – Penn State ($5100) – Cash
  • Dereck Lively – Duke ($4800) – GPP
