Zhuric Phelps- SMU @ Hawaii ($7.8K)

We have a repeat of the Friday slate with Phelps and James Bishop IV being the top guards of the day once again. The 30/30 man is the gold standard in CBB DFS and it doesn't get much better than the season that Phelps is having- 33% usage (4th in the nation) and 35.1% shot rate (8th in the nation). He also brings a 20.5% assist rate along with 19.5 points per game (33 DFKFP) against a tough Hawaii defense but at this point Phelps is matchup-proof and one of the best point-per-dollar plays on the slate.

 

James Bishop IV- George Washington @ Pepperdine ($7.9K)

Bishop was Friday's top overall play and did not disappoint. With his fourth 30+ DraktKings fantasy point game out of his last six the senior continues to single-handedly carry the Colonials offense this season. We say it every slate - if you see a player with a 30/30 (30% usage and 30% shot rate) then you need to take notice. He comes into tonight's game carrying a 31.5% usage (13th in nation) and 31.9% shot rate (34th in nation) along with a 27.8% assist mark plus he is drawing fouls at a rate of 5.3 FD/40.

Justin Powell - Washington State vs. Utah State ($5.7K)

Powell is a Tennessee transfer that started his career at Auburn and now finds himself on the Palouse. At WSU, he came with an expectation to play a role similar to what he played at Auburn, having the ball in his hands a bit and being an all-around playmaker — a role that the Cougars were desperate for. The 6'6" guard has demonstrated the ability to create offense out of the PnR and sits with a 19.7 assist rate to go along with a 23.3 DKFP average. Bounce back game on tap for Powell against Utah State tonight.

Maxwell Lewis - Pepperdine vs. George Washington ($7.0K)

Going right back to the well with Lewis. he is a monster -  26% usage and 27.3% shot to go along with a 4.4 block rate. Six of his last seven games have been over 30 DKFP with three over 40 DKFP. He is a solid 3-point shooter and uses his length to block shots and generate deflections. Lewis stuffs the stat sheet, plays every minute, and is the best forward on the slate- it's not even close.

 

Kameka Hepa - Hawaii vs. SMU ($7.4K)

Hepa, an Alaskan high school basketball legend, has been nothing short of spectacular on the the court in his first season for Hawaii. After only starting a dozen games in his three years playing at Texas he has become the leader of the Rainbow Warriors with a 3.8% block rate to go along with 16.2 points and 7.2 rebounds over his last five games. Hepa has been  and that includes his last two games where he put up 59 DKFP (30 pts/14 rebs) and 38 DKFP.

This is the key news play of this value starved slate.
