College Basketball CBB DFS Picks 2/10
CBB DFS Top Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG |
| KJ Simpson | COL | UTAH | 8400 | 29.68 |
| A lot of the high-priced guards tonight have some risk associated with them but offer plenty of upside at the same time. Simpson is one of those who also may go overlooked compared to other studs tonight. On the road at Utah is a slight worry, but Simpson is actually performing better on the road than at home this season and he’s coming off a strong 21-point, 34 DK performance last game. | ||||
| Tyrece Radford | TA&M | LSU | 8000 | 25.88 |
| Both Tyrece Radford and Wade Taylor are good plays tonight anchoring Texas A&M against a struggling LSU squad. Unfortunately, they are priced up in the 8k range but either or both can put up 30-40 DK in this favorable matchup. Radford has better numbers on the road this season and he’s been slightly more consistent than Taylor lately. | ||||
| Lazar Stefanovic | UTAH | COL | 7400 | 21.28 |
| Stefanovic is now priced way up in the mid-7k range after dropping 51 and 29 DK in the past two games. He brings plenty of upside and a newfound DFS floor with Gabe Madsen sidelined. Stefanovic is seeing heavy usage and shot volume in Utah's offense in a starting point-forward role now with Madsen out. He even took a whopping 22 shots two games ago. It’s tough to pay this price in cash, but don’t overlook him in GPP. | ||||
| Justin Moore | VU | SHU | 7100 | 20.06 |
| Earlier this week, we mentioned Moore as an upside GPP play at $6200 and he came through with 17 points and 26 DK. Even with a price increase, Moore is still too cheap for what we know he can do from the past few years. This is a guy who can consistently put up 30+ DK at full health and it looks like he’s getting more and more comfortable since returning from injury. He took 16 shots and 10 three-point attempts with a 29% usage rate last game, which is a good sign moving forward. | ||||
Also Consider:
- Kadary Richmond – Seton Hall ($8500) – GPP
- Will Richardson – Oregon ($8200) – GPP
- Kerr Kriisa – Arizona ($7200) – GPP
CBB DFS Value Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG |
| Rasir Bolton | GONZ | BYU | 5500 | 19.29 |
| Bolton came through big time as a value for us on Thursday with 23 points and 36 DK. It’s unlikely he matches that tonight, but this price tag makes him a good value once again. In a high-scoring and uptempo game environment vs BYU, the Zags’ guard should do enough to return value. You can also consider Nolan Hickman as a good value at $4600. | ||||
| Jaxson Robinson | BYU | GONZ | 5300 | 18.41 |
| BYU has a few value plays that can give you cheap exposure to one of the slate’s high totals. Robinson is one of those as he’s averaging a solid 19 DK in the past 10 contests with 20+ DK in four of the last seven. He went for 17 points and 30 DK vs Gonzaga earlier this season and could easily do it again in a high-scoring, uptempo matchup. Spencer Johnson, Dallin Hall, and Ally Atiki are also cheap BYU options. | ||||
| DeJuan Clayton | CAL | ASU | 4500 | 16.66 |
| Clayton returned from a two-game absence on Thursday and logged 34 minutes with 18 DK in his first game back. When he’s been active this season, Clayton regularly gets double-digit shot attempts as a top offensive option for Cal. He’s averaging a solid 17.5 DK at home this season and brings some three-point upside into this matchup. Clayton is shooting 45% from three at home and Arizona State allows a ton of scoring from the perimeter. | ||||
| Luke O'Brien | COL | UTAH | 4100 | 13 |
| O’Brien has been a solid value for Colorado at times this season, but he’s in a better spot now with J’Vonne Hadley likely out for the season. O’Brien has 21 and 16 DK in the past two games with Hadley sidelined and more production up for grabs on the wing. This price tag is really cheap for the 4x or 5x value in GPP lineups. | ||||
| PJ Fuller II | UW | WSU | 3500 | 15.52 |
| Washington’s backcourt rotations are almost impossible to project game to game right now. Even so, Fuller has started the past two contests over Noah Williams and that may continue moving forward. Fuller has logged 35 minutes in both starts and had 26 DK two games ago with the increased role. At this price, he’s worth a gamble for the 6x value or better. We also have Jamal Bey ($3400) at a dirt cheap price despite logging big minutes lately too. Cole Bajema coming back from suspension muddies the waters even more, though. | ||||
| Jaxon Brenchley | UTAH | COL | 3000 | 2.83 |
| Brenchley was previously buried on the Utah bench and even sat out a lot of games this season due to a coach’s decision. That’s in the past, though, as he was Utah’s sixth-man last game and logged 26 minutes with 10 points scored and 19 DK. Utah head coach Craig Smith said Brenchley’s new role would continue moving forward with Utah rolling out a six-man rotation. This is a very good value at min price if you want to take the risk on a guy that’s mostly unproven outside of one game. | ||||
Also Consider:
- DJ Horne – Arizona State ($5900) – Cash/GPP
- Amari Bailey – UCLA ($5800) – GPP
- Nolan Hickman – Gonzaga ($4600) – Cash
- Dallin Hall – BYU ($4400) – GPP
- Jamal Bey – Washington ($3400) – GPP
- Jalen Gabbidon – Colorado ($3400) – GPP
CBB DFS Top Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG |
| Branden Carlson | UTAH | COL | 9300 | 33.16 |
| Carlson is always in play when Utah is on the slate, but tonight he’s on the favorable side of his home/road splits. The center is averaging 18.3 PPG and 37 DK at home this season compared to 12.8 PPG and 25 DK on the road. He’s coming off a strong 37 DK performance with a double-double last game (at home) and had 28, 48, 47, 22, and 47 DK in his previous five home games. Colorado allows a lot of opposing scoring inside and Carlson should post big numbers here. | ||||
| Keion Brooks Jr. | UW | WSU | 8700 | 32.96 |
| Brooks continues to be a DFS stud on a daily basis, even with Washington losing games left and right. He’s averaging 21 PPG and 37 DK over the past 10 contests and has at least 33 DK in eight straight. The consistency and high floor are what we love in DFS, which makes Brooks a top play every time he’s on the slate. This price tag is actually pretty affordable compared to Drew Timme or Azuolas Tubelis tonight. | ||||
| Anton Watson | GONZ | BYU | 7400 | 25.9 |
| Timme is always Gonzaga’s headliner, but Watson has taken on a big role for the Zags lately. He has at least 32 DK in four of the past five games and just dropped a 40 DK double-double last time out. Watson was big for Gonzaga earlier this season vs BYU with 18 points, nine rebounds, and 35 DK. Even though this is a season-high price tag for Watson, he’s definitely worth strong consideration in cash or GPP with how well he’s been playing. | ||||
| Cam Whitmore | VU | SHU | 7300 | 23.84 |
| Whitmore is a very up-and-down DFS play, but he can have one of those ceiling games tonight. The main reason is that he’s at home, where the freshman plays a lot better than on the road. He’s averaging 16.2 PPG and 29 DK at home compared to 8.5 PPG and 17 DK on the road this season. That’s a notable difference and Whitmore has 33, 38, 27, 32, and 31 DK in his last four home contests. Now he’s facing a Seton Hall team that’s struggled against opposing wings. | ||||
Also Consider:
- Drew Timme – Gonzaga ($9900) – GPP
- Mouhamed Gueye – Washington State ($7800) – GPP
- Eric Dixon – Villanova ($7700) – Cash
- Spencer Jones – Stanford ($7600) – GPP
- Fousseyni Traore – BYU ($7100) – GPP
CBB DFS Value Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG |
| Brandon Angel | STAN | ARIZ | 5200 | 16.31 |
| Angel has scored in double figures in three straight games coming into tonight with 21, 19, and 32 DK in those contests. He filled up the stat sheet in multiple ways last game with 13 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals for a huge DFS output. Stanford gets a pace boost here at home vs Arizona, so Angel can do enough to return value for a fourth straight game. | ||||
| Cedric Henderson Jr. | ARIZ | STAN | 5100 | 15.16 |
| Henderson continues to be a great value option as long as he’s priced in this range. After going for 11 points, eight rebounds, and 27 DK last game, Henderson now has 20+ DK in three of the last four and in four of the past seven since joining Arizona's starting lineup. He has some three-point upside tonight against a weak Stanford perimeter defense. | ||||
| Ben Carlson | UTAH | COL | 3800 | 11.48 |
| Carlson has 15 and 20 DK in the past two games since Gabe Madsen went out. Madsen’s absence has locked Carlson into more DFS production and a slightly bigger role in the Utah rotation, especially as a three-point shooter. He’s also scored seven and 11 points in these past two contests, which is his most since December. | ||||
| Tyrell Ward | LSU | TA&M | 3100 | 4.62 |
| LSU is switching around its lineups lately while stuck in a losing streak and Ward is benefiting. The freshman has started and played 20+ minutes in back-to-back games after previously being buried on the bench for most of this season. Ward put up 16 DK last game in a season-high 24 minutes. He should see similar playing time if Trae Hannibal remains out tonight, which seems likely. | ||||
Also Consider:
- Julius Marble – Texas A&M ($5500) – GPP
- Sam Alajiki – California ($4900) – GPP
- Atiki Ally Atiki – BYU ($4400) – GPP
