CBB DFS Top Guards

Javon Small - East Carolina @ Old Dominion ($8.2K DK)

East Carolina is coming off a 2-1 showing at the Gulf Coast Showcase to improve to 5-1 and now plays its first true road game tonight against Old Dominion. Small leads the team in scoring with 20.8 points per game and in usage at 25.9%.  He has not gone below 35 DK fantasy points yet this season and has been 40+ in two of his last three games.

Chase Hunter- Clemson @ California ($7.0K DK)

Hunter, who finished last season on a roll, began this season much the same way. The redshirt junior guard has scored 30+ DK fantasy points in four of his six games played while averaging over 30 minutes and 17.0 PPG. Over the Tigers' final 20 games last year he averaged 8.8 points, 2.3 assists, and shot 38.6 percent from 3-point range. He had nine double-digit scoring games during that stretch and is now the team leader.

Mike Miles Jr. - TCU @ Iowa ($6.3K DK)

Miles scored 23 points off the bench in his return last night after missing two games with a foot injury. Miles' foot must have been fine as he logged 34 minutes and put up 30 DK fantasy points. At this price Miles Jr is a core play tonight in the Emerald Coast Classic championship game against Iowa.

Other guards to consider:

Judah Mintz- Syracuse ($8.0K DK) Mintz and Small are the top two pay-up guards

Tyreek Scott-Grayson- Old Dominion ($8.3K DK)

Joseph Girard III - Syracuse ($7.7K DK)

Devin Askew- California ($6.7K DK)

CBB DFS Top Guard Value

Nigel Hawkins- Stephen F. Austin @ Middle Tennessee State ($4.8K DK)

Hawkins had a career-high 25 points last Saturday against South Dakota State and then played nearly as well against Quinnipiac last night with 10 points, four rebounds, two assists and three steals for 24.5 DK fantasy points.

Other value guards to consider:

Chaunce Jenkins- Old Dominion ($5.7K DK) Comes off the bench but avg 29 MPG/24.8 DKFP - 2nd best value at Guard

RJ Felton- East Carolina ($5.7K DK)

Elias King- Middle Tennessee State ($5.7K DK)

CBB DFS Top Forwards

Jesse Edwards- Syracuse vs. Bryant ($8.8K DK)

Edwards has battled foul trouble for the last two games yet still has scored over 30 DK fantasy points in each. Today's game against high-scoring Bryant is the type of game where Edwards can go off, especially after his issues in the Empire Classic. He should have the size advantage and we may see his biggest game of this young season.

Kris Murray- Iowa @ TCU ($8.4K DK)

Slow start for Murray in last night's semi-final win over Clemson but Murray still got it done with a double-double (10 points and 12 rebounds) in 35 minutes of play. He continues to be the straw that stirs the Hawkeye's drink with a 27.2% usage rate and a 21.0 PPG, 8.8 RPG and 37.1 DK fantasy points.

Other forwards to consider:

Deandre Dishman- Middle Tennessee State ($6.0K DK)

Filip Rebraca- Iowa ($6.5K DK)

Chuck O'Bannon- TCU ($6.6K DK)

Patrick McCaffery- Iowa ($7.3K DK)

Benny Williams- Syracuse ($6.1K DK)

CBB DFS Top Forward Value

Brandon Johnson- East Carolina  @ Old Dominion ($5.8K DK)

Johnson averages 14.8 points per game and a team-high 9.8 rebounds per game. He has been dominant in the paint all season and is nearly averaging a double-double. If he can stay out of foul trouble he will dominate as he does have a double-double in three of his last four games with at least four personal fouls in each.

Other value forwards to consider:

Ben Stanley- Old Dominion ($5.9K DK)

Ian Schieffelin- Clemson ($5.3K DK)

Dericko Williams - Old Dominion ($4.0K DK)

Chris Bell- Syracuse ($3.7K DK)
