Top Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG | |
| Jaden Ivey | PUR | IL | 8200 | 30.81 | |||
| On this smaller slate, Ivey is in a tier of his own amongst the high-priced guards. Even though he hasn’t been performing at a DFS stud level much, the talent alone warrants a more expensive price tag because of the upside to post 30+ DK points any time out. In this high-total matchup, Ivey should be popular in cash. | |||||||
| Blake Wesley | ND | HOW | 7200 | 24.11 | |||
| Notre Dame’s alpha playmaker has put up 28+ DK in four straight games and in six of the last seven. He’s stuffing the stat sheet while seeing heavy shot volume and offensive usage - and he’s rightfully priced up now in the 7k range. He should have no issues continuing the impressive season against Howard’s subpar defense today. | |||||||
| Trent Frazier | IL | PUR | 7000 | 25.66 | |||
| Frazier has been so up-and-down for DFS this season but he’s on a roll lately 48 and 33 DK in the last two games. He has the talent to be one of the slate’s highest-scorers while being assertive offensively in Illinois’ backcourt - but he just hasn’t been consistent. At least the ball-handling and usage will be there as long as Andre Curbelo is out - and he makes for a high-upside GPP play on this slate. | |||||||
| Azar Swain | YALE | BRN | 6600 | 30.18 | |||
| Swain is Yale’s best player and he’s actually pretty affordable considering the DFS ceiling he’s already shown. He had 34 real points and 56 DK in a game a month ago and then 43 DK in the previous contest. The guy is averaging 31 DK and 19.6 PPG over the last ten games and should continue the run today in a faster-paced matchup. | |||||||
Other Top Guards to Consider:
- Dane Goodwin -- Notre Dame ($7,500 DK)
- Kyle Foster -- Howard ($6,200 DK)
Value Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG | |
| Prentiss Hubb | ND | HOW | 4800 | 18.05 | |||
| Even though he usually takes a backseat to Wesley and others, Hubb is still too cheap at sub-5k. While not the DFS stud like last season, the senior still logs 30+ minutes in Notre Dame’s tight rotation and has been just enough in every stat category lately. He has 21+ DK in five of the last seven games and 17+ in the two others. | |||||||
| Elijah Hawkins | HOW | ND | 4700 | 30 | |||
| Simply put, Hawkins is underpriced here at sub-5k. Howard’s freshman point guard leads the team in usage rate, shot volume and assist rate while having a realistic DFS floor of 20 DK and a ceiling of 30+ DK. Even in a tougher matchup vs. Notre Dame, Hawkins should be a chalky cash value. Tai Bibbs is another good value from Howard. | |||||||
| Both Gach | UTAH | ASU | 4300 | 18.19 | |||
| Gach has been very up-and-down in real life and DFS this season, but he’s a great value on this slate today. Why? Because his offensive usage and overall role/playing time increases a ton with Branden Carlson out and he shouldn’t be sub-5k. He’s put up 21 and 20 DK in the last two games with Carlson out and was consistently putting up 20+ DK earlier this season in the same situation. | |||||||
Other Value Guards to Consider:
- Jay Heath -- Arizona State ($5,500 DK)
- Tai Bibbs -- Howard ($5,200 DK)
- Dan Friday -- Brown ($4,900 DK)
- Kobe Webster -- Nebraska ($3,200 DK)
Top Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG | |
| Kofi Cockburn | IL | PUR | 9500 | 42.77 | |||
| Cockburn gets arguably his toughest test of the season going against the Williams/Edey center duo of Purdue. This puts him in more GPP territory because foul risk is a big factor here. Still, the Illini big man is on a run of nine straight double-doubles and could be a nice contrarian play with people possibly fading. | |||||||
| Trayce Jackson-Davis | IU | NEB | 9400 | 40.53 | |||
| Jackson-Davis is always a top DFS play, but now he gets a very favorable matchup against Nebraska and might be a core cash piece. Opposing bigs have had success against the Huskers’ smaller frontcourt all year and TJD had 14 points, seven rebounds, four blocks and 34 DK earlier this season vs. NEB. Ideally we get a slightly better performance this time around. | |||||||
| Paul Atkinson | ND | HOW | 6600 | 24.75 | |||
| Atkinson has been inconsistent recently with 32 and 34 DK points in two of the last four games but 12 or less in the other two. Today’s matchup should give us the boom part of the boom-or-bust tendency with the Notre Dame big man. Howard is undersized in the frontcourt and will likely struggle to defend Atkinson’s bigger frame and post-scoring ability. | |||||||
Other Top Forwards to Consider:
- Trevion Williams -- Purdue ($8,500 DK)
- Tamenang Choh -- Brown ($8,400 DK)
- Zach Edey -- Purdue ($8,200 DK)
Value Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG | |
| Mason Gillis | PUR | IL | 4700 | 13.58 | |||
| Since joining the starting lineup four games ago, Gillis has put up at least 21 DK in three of those as Purdue’s main power forward. Maybe Caleb Furst replaces Gillis in the starting five at some point, but it should be Gillis continuing to be a solid value as long as he’s starting. | |||||||
| Lahat Thioune | UTAH | ASU | 3900 | 11.68 | |||
| Thioune has started the last two games with Branden Carlson out and he’s put up 12 and 14 DK points as Utah’s starting center. It’s nothing flashy, but we know his playing time increases as long as Carlson is out and he can potentially return 4x or 5x value at this sub-4k price tag. | |||||||
| Matt Knowling | YALE | BRN | 3000 | 9.1 | |||
| This is a very interesting min-price value. After barely playing off the bench earlier this season, Knowling has now started back-to-back games for Yale and he’s put up 20 and 29 DK with double-digit points scored in these contests. The increase in role and playing time is notable for a guy that’s this cheap. | |||||||
Other Value Forwards to Consider:
- Jalen Graham -- Arizona State ($4,100 DK)
- C.J. Wilcher -- Nebraska ($3,900 DK)
- Parker Stewart -- Indiana ($3,500 DK)
