Top Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Jacob Gilyard | RICH | STL | 8300 | 32.91 | ||
| In DK cash games, you’ll likely be choosing between Gilyard and Yuri Collins from the same game as your top stud guard. You can go both, but Collins might be better suited for GPP. As for Gilyard, we know he’ll stuff the stat sheet in multiple ways for a nice floor and the upside to get hot from three-point range. He had 31 DK vs. Saint Louis in the first meeting and is averaging 31 DK over the past ten. | ||||||
| Jalen Pickett | PSU | NW | 7700 | 27.54 | 8300 | 25.65 |
| On a slate without many stud guards, Pickett may end up being popular in all formats with his stat-stuffing ability and high-usage role as Penn State’s alpha playmaker. He had 18 points and 33 DK vs. Northwestern in the first meeting and is averaging 28.8 DK over the past ten games. By default, he’s a top play on this slate - even in a low-scoring matchup. | ||||||
| Alonzo Verge Jr. | NEB | IOWA | 7500 | 28.98 | 6200 | 26.55 |
| On this short slate, people may just opt to stack up the high-total matchup between Iowa and Nebraska. If doing so, make sure Alonzo Verge is part of your lineups. The senior has a whopping 30.7% usage rate and 27.9% shot rate during conference play and his DFS floor is usually high with this heavy involvement running the point - especially with how fast-paced Nebraska’s games are with little defense on its own end. Iowa’s defense isn’t much better, and Verge is averaging 31 DK at home this season. | ||||||
| Caleb Asberry | TXST | TROY | 6200 | 25.18 | ||
| Even in a low-total matchup, Asberry is pretty affordable among the top guards as he’s the usage and shot rate leader for Texas State. The heavy involvement usually gives the senior a solid DFS floor, but there’s upside tonight in a pace-boost matchup vs. Troy. He went for a stat-stuffing 37 DK in the first meeting. | ||||||
Other Top Guards:
- Yuri Collins – Saint Louis ($8,000 DK Only)
- Bryce McGowens – Nebraska ($7,400 DK / $7,200 FD)
- Boo Buie – Northwestern ($6,900 DK / $6,400 FD)
Value Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Jordan Bohannon | IOWA | NEB | 5600 | 17.02 | 4700 | 15.44 |
| As a streaky three-point shooter, Bohannon always has GPP upside when he gets from deep. Though his DFS value is very dependent on his pure scoring and three-point shooting, he can definitely return value in a high-scoring matchup vs. Nebraska’s bad defense and fast pace. Plus, Bohannon has been shooting it a bit better lately and has some confidence coming into tonight. | ||||||
| Trey McGowens | NEB | IOWA | 5400 | 16.33 | 4600 | 15.00 |
| Since joining Nebraska’s starting lineup at the end of January, McGowens has been slightly more reliable for DFS with enough playing time to rack up stats - even if he isn’t seeing a ton of shot of volume. In a fast-paced, high-scoring environment like tonight, he could easily return value at these cheap tags - like when he had 20.7 DK vs. Iowa in the prior meeting. | ||||||
| Fred Thatch Jr. | STL | RICH | 5300 | 20.16 | ||
| Thatch is a touch too cheap for how good he’s been lately and he’ll likely be popular in DK cash tonight. He’s put up at least 20 DK in seven straight and is averaging 25.4 DK over the past ten games. Though he had a stinker vs. Richmond earlier this season, that was before he hit this hot streak. | ||||||
| Payton Sandfort | IOWA | NEB | 4200 | 9.18 | 3400 | 8.32 |
| You have to get different on these short slates and Sandfort could be a cheap way to do so in a high-total game. The Iowa freshman can’t really be trusted for consistent minutes, shots, or usage, but he’s been a bit more involved lately and seems to produce any time he’s on the court. He popped off for 12 points and 24 DK against Nebraska in the first meeting and could do it again if this game turns into a blowout. | ||||||
Other Value Guards:
- Myles Dread – Penn State ($5,400 DK / $4,400 FD)
- Gibson Jimerson – Saint Louis ($5,400 DK Only)
- Shelby Adams – Texas State ($5,000 DK Only)
- Ty Berry – Northwestern ($4,300 DK / $4,200 FD)
Top Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Keegan Murray | IOWA | NEB | 9900 | 42.88 | 8500 | 40.72 |
| Simply put, Murray will be pretty tough to fade in cash on this short slate. Not only is his DFS floor/ceiling combo already one of the best in the country, but especially in a very favorable matchup tonight. He went off for 37 points and 56 DK against Nebraska earlier this month and could easily replicate that performance. | ||||||
| Tyler Burton | RICH | STL | 7900 | 31.3 | ||
| Richmond’s forward duo of Burton and Grant Golden are both firmly in play on the DK slate. If choosing between them, Burton has the slightly higher floor/ceiling combo we like for cash. He’s averaging 15.9 PPG, 7.7 RPG and 31 DK over the past ten games and went off for 24 points and 44 DK vs. Saint Louis in the prior meeting. Golden could run into matchup problems vs. Francis Okoro, meanwhile. | ||||||
| John Harrar | PSU | NW | 7100 | 25.69 | 7700 | 23.84 |
| Harrar is on a roll lately with a double-double in three straight games and 44, 30, and 34 DK in those outings. The Penn State center has been inconsistent for DFS all season, but the 30-40 DFS point upside is always there when he’s having his way down low. He’s averaging 12.1 points, 10.4 rebounds and 28 DK at home this season. | ||||||
Other Top Forwards:
- Pete Nance – Northwestern ($7,800 DK / $6,600 FD)
- Grant Golden – Richmond ($7,200 DK Only)
- Francis Okoro – Saint Louis ($6,800 DK Only)
Value Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Filip Rebraca | IOWA | NEB | 5200 | 16.18 | 4500 | 15.33 |
| Rebraca is another cheap way to get exposure to the slate’s highest total. Though he usually only plays 25 minutes or fewer in Iowa’s deep rotation, the senior can grab enough rebounds and get some easy buckets around the rim in this favorable matchup. He’s shown the upside for 20-30 DFS points multiple times this season. | ||||||
| Jordan Nesbitt | STL | RICH | 4800 | 18.91 | ||
| It’s not cash-level, but Nesbitt provides some GPP upside if he starts hitting from three. The freshman is shooting 38.6% from three during conference play and faces a Richmond defense that’s struggled to stop opposing perimeter scoring. Nesbitt could give you 20 DK or more at this sub-5k price tag. | ||||||
| Andre Gustavson | RICH | STL | 4800 | 12.14 | ||
| Though he’s not heavily involved offensively, Gustavson regularly plays 30+ minutes as Richmond’s starting shooting guard and he can usually do just enough across each stat category to return value. He’s right on the edge of being cash-viable but is probably there on this slate without many cheap forwards to trust. | ||||||
