Top Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Alondes Williams | WAKE | CLEM | 9100 | 38.79 | 8500 | 35.58 |
| Williams is deservedly the price king at the guard position on both sites tonight. As the stat-stuffing offensive catalyst for Wake’s high-scoring offense, his DFS floor is among the safest in the country. Williams is averaging 19 PPG and 39 DK over the past ten games and now gets to face a struggling, banged-up Clemson defense. Yes he’s expensive, but you’ll get 35-40 DK or more from him tonight. | ||||||
| Blake Wesley | ND | SYR | 7200 | 25.51 | ||
| With Notre Dame on the DK slate, we can look at Wesley as a top overall guard with hot good he’s been. The freshman stud has at least 18 points and 34 DK in three straight games coming into tonight and now he’ll face a struggling Syracuse defense. Wesley just drained 6-for-11 from three last time out and has the three-point upside to exploit the zone as well. | ||||||
| Jared Bynum | PROV | XAV | 6900 | 24.16 | 6400 | 22.14 |
| Bynum has been playing like one of the best players in the country lately. He has at least 28 DK in five straight games, including a couple offensive explosions of 25 points/45 DK and 32 points/52 DK. He’s even more important to Providence’s backcourt with Al Durham out with a sports hernia. The expensive price tag makes him tough to roster in cash, but it’s worth a contrarian GPP play. | ||||||
| Wendell Green Jr. | AUB | MISS | 6900 | 27.36 | 6200 | 25.04 |
| This should be a nice bounceback effort for Auburn’s offense after Saturday’s upset loss on the road at Florida. Green had just 14 DK and a poor stat line in that one, but he had 31+ DK in four of the previous five games as the Tigers’ stat-stuffing point guard. Ole Miss has the 12th-ranked defense in the SEC and Green had 33 DK in this matchup earlier this season. It’s a nice buy-low spot, especially on FD. | ||||||
| Tyrese Hunter | ISU | WVU | 6500 | 24.86 | 6300 | 22.53 |
| The Iowa St backcourt duo of Brockington and Hunter are both good plays today at home against West Virginia’s struggling defense. For the savings and similar production, though, Hunter gets the slight nod. He went off for 22 points and 31 DK vs. WVU in the first meeting and has 27+ DK in three of the last four games coming in. | ||||||
Other Top Guards:
- Julian Champagnie – St. John's ($9,000 DK Only)
- Jared Rhoden – Seton Hall ($7,700 DK Only)
- Izaiah Brockington – Iowa State ($7,400 DK / $7,400 FD)
- Ryan Nembhard – Creighton ($6,800 DK Only)
- Dane Goodwin – Notre Dame ($6,300 DK Only)
Value Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Caleb Houstan | MICH | RU | 5400 | 19.19 | 4700 | 17.26 |
| Houstan is right on the fridge of being a cash value, but we’re banking on more usage and rebounding opportunities tonight with Diabate/Williams suspended for Michigan. The freshman has shown the upside to go for 20-30 DFS points if he’s making shots and being active on the glass, but he’s also inconsistent in these areas. At least Houstan is locked in 30+ minutes nightly and especially tonight with his teammates out. | ||||||
| A.J. Reeves | PROV | XAV | 4800 | 17.41 | 5000 | 15.90 |
| We’ll have to monitor the news during warmups, but Al Durham is likely out again for Providence today with his sports hernia injury. That would push Reeves into a bigger role in the Friars’ backcourt like when he had 22 DK over 31 minutes with an increase in shot volume last game when Durham sat. It’s been a slow road back from a mid-season finger injury for Reeves, but he has the talent to smash these cheap tags. | ||||||
| Davion Mintz | UK | LSU | 4600 | 14.62 | ||
| On the FD slate, we have Kentucky in action and it’s likely playing without both TyTy Washington and Sahvir Wheeler again as they rehab injuries. If one or both are out, Mintz will step into heavy minutes in UK’s backcourt like he did on Saturday. He played 38 minutes as a starter, but just had 17 FD points as others did more offensively. Still, the locked-in playing time gives him the potential at 20-25 DFS points. | ||||||
| Adam Kunkel | XAV | PROV | 4400 | 15.31 | 4500 | 14.09 |
| As long as Nate Johnson remains out, Kunkel is a solid value as he’s seen increased shot volume with his teammate sidelined. He has double-digit shot attempts in back-to-back games coming in and had 16 and 18 DK in those outings. Unfortunately he’s a bit scoring-dependent, but the GPP upside is there if this heavy volume continues. | ||||||
| Kody Stattmann | UV | DUKE | 3600 | 7.06 | 4200 | 6.44 |
| Stattmann is a prime candidate to enter Virginia’s starting lineup if Armaan Franklin is out tonight. The senior wing played a season-high 27 minutes and put up 19 DK last game when Franklin left early with his toe injury. That type of production would be excellent value at these cheap prices, especially in a pace-boost matchup vs. Duke with tons of ancillary stat opportunities. | ||||||
Other Value Guards:
- Cormac Ryan – Notre Dame ($5,800 DK Only)
- Devin Carter – South Carolina ($5,500 DK Only)
- Xavier Pinson – LSU ($5,400 FD Only)
- Trey Alexander – Creighton ($5,000 DK Only)
- Courtney Ramey – Texas ($4,600 DK / $4,700 FD)
Top Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Oscar Tshiebwe | UK | LSU | 8800 | 41.01 | ||
| With Kentucky on the FD slate, Tshiebwe has to be the first guy you consider for cash lineups. The national POY candidate is one of those “fade at your own risk” players right now with the realistic possibility he puts up 20 points, 15 rebounds and/or 45 DFS points. He essentially did just that on Saturday when TyTy Washington and Sahvir Wheeler sat out, which could be the case again tonight. LSU’s frontcourt likely won’t be able to contain him. | ||||||
| Walker Kessler | AUB | MISS | 8500 | 34.82 | 8600 | 33.00 |
| Like Green Jr. above, this is a buy-low spot for Kessler as he’s coming off one of his worst games of the season on Saturday. Expect a bounceback tonight against a subpar Ole Miss defense that’s giving up tons of points in the paint. Kessler had 20 points, 10 rebounds, seven blocks and 57 DK in this matchup earlier this season and could come close to those numbers tonight at home. | ||||||
| Hunter Dickinson | MICH | RU | 8400 | 34.7 | 8400 | 32.52 |
| Dickinson has mostly been a safe cash stud all season with his heavy usage and shot volume as Michigan’s go-to scorer. He also has the GPP ceiling to go 40+ DFS points if he’s racking up rebounds, blocks or assists. Expect a solid cash floor tonight with Michigan feeding him down low and running the offense through him. Dickinson had 25 points and 33 DK in the first meeting vs. Rutgers. | ||||||
| Jabari Smith | AUB | MISS | 7500 | 32.21 | 8100 | 29.62 |
| Smith was one of the lone Auburn players who didn’t have a bad game against Florida on Saturday. The stud freshman dropped 28 points and 41 DK and took on a big offensive role while others were struggling. It seems like Smith is slowly being handed the reigns to the Auburn offense and another big performance could be in store tonight. He and Kessler are both top plays tonight. | ||||||
| Nate Watson | PROV | XAV | 6100 | 23.95 | 6700 | 22.97 |
| When Watson is dominating the paint on both ends, this is a bargain for the Providence big man. The only problem is his inconsistent play and foul risk. Lately, though, he’s been at the top of his game with 20+ points and 27+ DK in back-to-back games coming into tonight. Though he had a dud vs. Xavier in the first meeting, Watson has favorable home/road splits on his side for this rematch. The DK price tag could win you a GPP. | ||||||
Other Top Forwards:
- Paolo Banchero – Duke ($8,700 DK / $7,900 FD)
- Jake LaRavia – Wake Forest ($8,600 DK / $8,000 FD)
- Jayden Gardner – Virginia ($7,600 DK / $8,300 FD)
- Mark Williams – Duke ($6,500 DK / $6,500 FD)
- Keion Brooks Jr. – Kentucky ($6,300 FD Only)
Value Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Timmy Allen | UT | TCU | 5900 | 25.04 | 5100 | 23.59 |
| When Allen is being assertive offensively and making his mid-range shots, he looks unstoppable on the court and can smash his cheap price tags. He did it earlier this season vs. TCU in the first meeting when he had 16 points, eight boards and 32 DK. Unfortunately, he’s inconsistent in terms of DFS value as the Texas offense either hits a wall or other players try to do too much. At his best, though, Allen is way too cheap to be in the 5k range. | ||||||
| Jacob Toppin | UK | LSU | 4800 | 13.49 | ||
| Toppin moved into Kentucky’s starting lineup on Saturday with both TyTy Washington and Sahvir Wheeler out. He responded with 24 FD points across 39 minutes and could very well replicate that performance tonight if his teammates sit again. FWIW, Toppin went off for 32 FD points in the first meeting vs. LSU - so at least he has confidence in this matchup. | ||||||
| Naz Bohannon | CLEM | WAKE | 5200 | 14.32 | 4400 | 13.42 |
| Bohannon has already been playing a bigger role in Clemson’s rotation with Hunter Tyson out and a potential PJ Hall absence would amplify that even more. Bohannon has 23, 20 and 15 DK over the past three games with 30+ minutes in each. If Hall is out tonight, then Bohannon would be needed even more in the Tigers’ frontcourt. | ||||||
| Frank Anselem | SYR | ND | 4500 | 7.92 | ||
| With Jesse Edwards out for the season, Anselem has been Syracuse’s starting center the last three games. He has double-digit rebounds in two of those starts with 18 and 30 DK in the outings. You could also look at Bourama Sidibe as a value as he’s been getting more playing time in the Orange frontcourt with Edwards out. | ||||||
| Brandon Johns Jr. | MICH | RU | 3000 | 7.53 | 3100 | 6.84 |
| You may have heard about Michigan’s recent fight with Wisconsin? If not, just know that both Moussa Diabate and Terrance Williams are both suspended for tonight’s game. That means we could see Brandon Johns move into the starting lineup to man the power forward spot next to Hunter Dickinson. Maybe wait and see on Michigan’s announced starters before locking Johns in, but this would be chalky value if he’s in there. | ||||||
