Carmelo Anthony was feeling it on Monday and hit 10-of-19 shots, a season-high six 3-pointers and finished with a season-high 29 points, three rebounds, two assists, a season-high five steals and two blocks in Monday's 123-111 win over the Hornets.

The steals may have been a fluke, although he did have a four-steal game on Feb. 17 against the Wizards, and he was shooting the ball with confidence from all over the court tonight. And with the Blazers playing three times this week when most teams only play twice, he was in a lot of fantasy lineups tonight. Hopefully, yours was one of them. His late 3-pointer broke the franchise record for 3-pointers in a game as the Blazers combined to hit 24 of them tonight. Damian Lillard also hit six triples, Robert Covington hit five of them, Gary Trent Jr., Naz Little and Rodney Hood each hit a pair, and Derrick Jones Jr. had one on their way to the record.

Derrick Jones Jr. hit just 1-of-2 shots (a 3-pointer) for three points, three rebounds, a steal and two blocks in 25 minutes of Monday's 123-111 win over the Hornets.

This is not the game we were looking for out of DJJ tonight, but the Blazers have two more games this week so he has plenty of time to make up for it. Just hang in there with him and hope he lives up to the hype in the next two. We think he will.

Robert Covington hit 8-of-11 shots and 5-of-7 3-pointers on his way to a season-high 21 points, 10 rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks in 38 minutes of Monday's 123-111 win over the Hornets.

We told you to hang onto him and while he hasn't been a great points-league guy for most of the season, he's come through in head-to-head leagues over the last month and is only getting better. He didn't miss a shot until the second half of tonight's game and he was all over the court, helping the Blazers set a franchise record with 24 3-pointers tonight. He averaged just 8.1 points in February, but also averaged 7.7 rebounds, 1.5 steals, 1.6 blocks and 1.8 3-pointers and his March is off to an amazing start after tonight's line. Now we just have to hope he keeps it going the rest of the way.

M. Monk - SG

Malik Monk came off the bench and hit 7-of-13 shots and three 3-pointers for 19 points, two rebounds and two assists in 27 minutes of Monday's loss to the Blazers.

He didn't fill the stat sheet tonight but was still effective and has now scored at least 19 points in five straight games and in six of his last seven. He'll likely take a hit once Devonte' Graham is back after the break, but he's playing well enough right now to be rostered in all leagues.

Terry Rozier hit 8-of-17 shots and three 3-pointers for 20 points, two rebounds, six assists and four steals in 35 minutes of Monday's loss to the Blazers.

Rozier hit just 2-of-9 shots for eight points, four boards and four assists on Sunday but was back to form tonight. He'll eventually take a bit of a hit once Devonte' Graham is back from his injury, but Rozier and LaMelo Ball should be the starting backcourt for the Hornets for the rest of the season, barring a move out of left field by the Hornets coaching staff after the All-Star break.

LaMelo Ball hit 10-of-18 shots, five 3-pointers and 5-of-6 free throws for 30 points, six rebounds, eight assists, four steals, a block and just three turnovers in 32 minutes of Monday's 123-111 loss to the Blazers on Monday.

LaMelo is the runaway favorite for Rookie of the Year thus far and while a deep dive into the numbers might suggest Tyrese Haliburton is basically even with him in the running, LaMelo gets all the hype and has the name recognition. If he doesn't win the Rookie of the Year Award it would be a shocking upset. This was just his second 30-point game of his young career but he's been rolling all season and is averaging 23.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 7.6 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.8 3-pointers over his last five games.

P.J. Washington backed up Sunday's career-high 42-point game by hitting 1-of-8 shots and 1-of-2 free throws for three points, three rebounds, two assists, a block and four turnovers in Monday's 123-111 loss to the Blazers.

Welp, that didn't work out very well if you rolled with PJW in DFS on Monday, or if you had him in your standard-league lineup. He was outshined by a big game from LaMelo Ball and a 20-point night from Terry Rozier, but it's still hard to believe PJW was this quiet in his 30 minutes. He'll look to bounce back on Wednesday against the Timberwolves, but that's not going to help relieve the sting of tonight's disappearing act.

Thaddeus Young put up a full line on Monday night against Denver, finishing with 12 points, five boards, four assists and five steals in the loss.

His five swipes tied a season-best mark as the veteran forward shot 6-of-9 from the floor in 28 minutes. Young has scored 12+ in six straight games now and has only scored fewer than 10 points once since Feb. 1. Quite the stretch for the 32-year-old.
