Trade week is going to be hot! Lots of big moves will be made and a few surprising ones have been made already, but while we are waiting for the next big news drop….

Let's look into bolstering your fantasy pitching staff! Pitchers are going to fatigue, and you will need as much help as you can get. Here are a few exciting arms that could help down the stretch.

Is it finally Touki Toussaint (R)’s time? Touki has now had two solid starts vs. two good teams - the Padres and the Phillies. Sunday, he pitched seven innings and also struck out a career-high ten batters with ZERO walks. If Toussaint can keep this control, he will be a total stud. Across 14.2 innings pitched, Touki has an ERA of 1.29 with 15 strikeouts and only two walks. The Braves are only five games out of first in the NL East, and they have a better run differential than the 1st place Mets. There’s not a lot of pitching out there, so I am all in. Rich Hill (L) made headlines this week after being traded to the New York Mets to bolster their beat-up rotation. Hill was likely dropped in your league after struggling mightily for the last two months. However, he was so good in May, his season ERA still sits at 3.87. Hill has always been a high strikeout pitcher, and now he moves to a better ballpark and OUT of the American League. That should certainly help the veteran lefty, who should get one free pass each time through the rotation. Don’t expect him to go deep into games, but if he can get through five and rack up a few strikeouts for you will logging the wins, he is certainly useful in the back end of your fantasy rotation. Hill is available in more than 50% of Yahoo leagues.

Speaking of trades, we are going to see a lot of dominos fall between now and Friday. It’s clear that Chicago is in seller’s mode, and I expect Kimbrel to be on the move- maybe before this article even publishes! So, if you are searching for saves, why not take a shot on a closer-in-waiting for Chicago. I’m looking at Andrew Chafin (L). Chafin has a 2.06 ERA and a .84 WHIP with 37 strikeouts and 17 Saves + holds. He’s available in 85% of Yahoo leagues.

Patrick Sandoval (L) carried a no-hitter into the ninth inning on Saturday vs. the Twins. In the end, He struck out 13 and allowed one earned run across 8 2/3 innings. It was his third start of seven innings or more. The leftie owns a phenomenal 16.3% swinging strike rate on the season and he's available in 63% of Yahoo leagues.

And finally, Michael Kopech (R) has been phenomenal since returning from the IL. He has only allowed one earned run since July 1st while striking out eleven over eight innings pitched. On the season, his ERA is a sparkly 1.60. He can help with your ratios, and he could also grab some holds and wins down the stretch for a strong White Sox club.
