Top Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Andrew Nembhard | GONZ | SFO | 7400 | 27.14 | 7500 | 25.31 |
| On this small slate, expect Nembhard to be popular in cash as the Zags’ point guard who’ll likely put together another stud-like performance in this high-scoring, fast-paced environment. He had 34 and 31 DK in two games vs. San Francisco in the regular season and should give you 30+ DFS points as a floor again. You can fade in GPP, but lock him into cash. | ||||||
| Tommy Kuhse | STMRY | STC | 6700 | 23.16 | 7400 | 21.54 |
| Kuhse and Saint Mary’s get a big pace-boost tonight vs. Santa Clara. The Gaels’ senior point guard had 28 and 31 DK against them in the two regular-season matchups and should give you similar production tonight with his high usage rate. His floor/ceiling combo isn’t as good as Nembhard, but he’s still a great cash option tonight. | ||||||
| Jalen Williams | STC | STMRY | 6600 | 32.4 | 8400 | 30.49 |
| Williams has been a beast lately for Santa Clara, putting up 40+ DK in three straight games coming into tonight. He’s the team’s alpha playmaker on both ends and the talent is clear if you just watch him play. This tough matchup vs. Saint Mary’s elite defense is a bit worrisome, but Williams still has the talent and high usage/shot volume to return value. He had 47 DK vs. the Gaels a month ago and would be a nice contrarian GPP play if that’s the case here. | ||||||
| Khalil Shabazz | SFO | GONZ | 6300 | 24.56 | 6900 | 22.38 |
| If San Francisco wants any chance at upsetting Gonzaga, it’ll need both Bouyea and Shabazz to step up with monster offensive efforts. Bouyea is also in play, but Shabazz is notably cheaper for similar DFS production. He’s coming off a 22-point, 31 DK outing last game. | ||||||
Other Top Guards:
- Jamaree Bouyea – San Francisco ($8,300 DK / $8,300 FD)
Value Guards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| PJ Pipes | STC | STMRY | 5400 | 22.3 | 7700 | 20.23 |
| Pipes is a great value on DK with that cheap price tag, but it’s hard to pay up on FD. Expect the Santa Clara point guard to be popular in cash on DK, though. Even in a tougher matchup tonight, Pipes’ safe usage and shot rates will keep his DFS floor/ceiling higher than most in the 5k price range. He’s put up 31 DK or more in five straight games and had 29 DK against Saint Mary’s last time. | ||||||
| Alex Ducas | STMRY | STC | 4600 | 18.9 | 4800 | 17.12 |
| Though he doesn’t usually see heavy shot volume, Ducas can do just enough in ancillary stats to return value at his sub-5k price tags tonight. The pace-boost vs. Santa Clara helps here, though he didn’t perform well in two different games vs. them earlier this season. Still, he’s playing 30+ minutes in Saint Mary’s tight rotation and can give you 20 DFS points or so as a nice salary-saver. | ||||||
| Julian Rishwain | SFO | GONZ | 4300 | 13.59 | 4500 | 11.74 |
| There isn’t a ton of trustworthy value on this slate, but Rishwain is cheap enough to play in cash with the upside at 20 DK or more. When he’s not in foul trouble and/or hitting some three’s, the DFS ceiling is there to smash these price tags - though the floor isn’t great. He could be playing a bigger role tonight with Massalski possibly out. | ||||||
Other Value Guards:
- Rasir Bolton – Gonzaga ($5,200 DK / $5,000 FD)
- Gabe Stefanini – San Francisco ($4,700 DK / $4,700 FD)
Top Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Chet Holmgren | GONZ | SFO | 9300 | 38.08 | 8500 | 35.29 |
| In an uptempo, fast-paced matchup on a small slate, all the Gonzaga studs are near-locks for cash if you can fit them in. Holmgren will surely be popular, considering he smashed San Francisco for 21 points, 15 rebounds, six blocks and 61 DK in the previous matchup. He also had 44 DK vs. SFO earlier this season. Hard to ignore those numbers when filling out your cash lineup tonight. | ||||||
| Drew Timme | GONZ | SFO | 8100 | 31.09 | 8200 | 29.23 |
| Though he doesn’t have the same DFS ceiling as Holmgren, Timme is still a strong play every time Gonzaga is on the slate. He may end up being more popular since he’s notably cheaper than Holmgren, especially on DK. Timme had 43 and 35 DK in the two previous meetings vs. San Fran. | ||||||
| Matthias Tass | STMRY | STC | 6500 | 25.29 | 5600 | 24.09 |
| Tass is a very distant third on this top forwards list, but he’s actually a decent value on FD with the cheaper tag. On DK, limit exposure to GPP. When the Saint Mary’s center faced San Fran earlier this season, he put up 27 points, 12 rebounds and 45 DK in a monster effort. Realistically, we can expect 25 DK or so tonight. | ||||||
Other Top Forwards:
- Josip Vrankic – Santa Clara ($7,100 DK / $7,900 FD)
Value Forwards
| Player | Team | Opp. | DK $ | DK FPPG | FD $ | FD FPPG |
| Anton Watson | GONZ | STC | 4400 | 18.98 | 3900 | 17.99 |
| Watson’s price tags have plummeted with some poor DFS performances lately. Even still, he’s one of Gonzaga’s best defenders and can return 5x value or better at his best when given more minutes. He had 24 DK vs. San Fran earlier this season and can easily put up 20+ DFS points in any given game. | ||||||
| Patrick Tape | SFO | SFO | 4100 | 14.69 | 5200 | 12.97 |
| Tape’s game logs and DFS performances are all over the place this season. Tonight, though, he may need to play a much bigger role with Massalski possibly sitting out. Tape had 20 DK in 25 minutes last game and could easily return 4x or 5x value tonight at some cheap price tags - especially on DK. | ||||||
Other Value Forwards:
- Kyle Bowen – Saint Mary's ($4,800 DK / $5,100 FD)
- Parker Braun – Santa Clara ($4,500 DK / $3,400 FD)
- Volodymyr Markovetskyy – San Francisco ($3,300 DK / $3,000 FD)
DraftKings Core Plays
- Drew Timme – Gonzaga ($8,100)
- Andrew Nembhard – Gonzaga ($7,400)
- PJ Pipes – Santa Clara ($5,400)
FanDuel Core Plays
- Chet Holmgren – Gonzaga ($8,500)
- Andrew Nembhard – Gonzaga ($7,500)
- Matthias Tass – Saint Mary's ($5,600
