The massive left-hander debuted late in 2025 but struggled to adjust to big-league hitting, getting knocked around for a 6.06 ERA in 7 appearances. His raw stuff is evident (10.5 K/9), but control was a major issue (4.4 BB/9).
2026 Outlook: A development project for 2026. Tolle needs to refine his command in the minors. He has the frame and stuff of a future impact starter, but he is not a fantasy option to start the year. Drafted as a two-way player out of TCU in 2024, Tolle was aggressively pushed through the system to focus solely on pitching. While his debut was rocky, his unique low-slot delivery and 6-foot-6 frame create uncomfortable at-bats that should play well once he harnesses his command.
