2023 Player Outlook
2023 Recap: The 2023 campaign for Harris was a near-duplicate of his 2022 rookie campaign. He put up a very similar slash line of .293/.331/.477 with 18 HR, 76 R, 57 RBI, and 20 SB. The only major difference is the SLG of .514 in 2022 to .477 in 2023 in nearly 100 fewer PA while reducing his K-rate to 18.7-percent. The other major improvement was his .301 xBA up from .268 in 2022 as well as a jump in launch angle up to 7.6 degrees.
2024 Outlook: It doesn’t get more complicated than expect more of the same. We’re talking a 20-20 outfielder with quality contact skills in a good offense. All of the advanced and batted ball data suggest that the first two years were all sustainable for another year if not some growth in the counting stats.
