He exercised his player option to stay in Toronto, giving the team a formidable middle-of-the-rotation arm. His velocity is diminished, but his command and pitch sequencing are as elite as ever.
2026 Outlook: The "X-factor" of the staff. If he stays healthy for 150 innings, he provides elite ratios and win equity. He is no longer a strikeout king, but he is a perfect stabilizer for fantasy rotations.
