2022 Player Outlook
Crawford played in 160 games last season, hitting .273 with a .314 wOBA to go along with nine home runs, 54 RBI, 89 runs scored and three stolen bases. His batted ball profile won't wow anyone, but he doesn't strikeout much, and he can take a walk (career 9.9 BB%). He's locked in as the team's starting shortstop and barring injury, he's set for another 155+ games in the Seattle infield. He's going to need those at-bats to accumulate his stats, and the hope is that he runs more in 2022. He's a low-risk, low-reward selection in drafts, as his best contribution in fantasy this season will be his runs scored if he can remain atop the lineup. If he stays at the top of the lineup, 10 home runs, 6-8 stolen bases and 85+ runs is easily in reach.
