2023 Player Outlook
Blackburn was the lone representative for Oakland at the 2022 All-Star game and he finished with a 7-6 record and a 4.28 ERA in 21 starts. He was shut down in August with a torn tendon in his throwing hand, but it sounds like he'll be ready for Opening Day. Despite being an All-Star a year ago, he could still improve on what he did a year ago and he's one of maybe two players that seemingly have a rotation spot locked up.
