2022 Player Outlook

We didn't see Haniger in 2020, but he made up for lost time in 2021 by hitting .253 with 39 home runs, 110 RBI, 110 runs scored and even added one stolen base to his ledger. He ran more in previous seasons, but the increased power in 2021 was exceptional, led by an increase in his barrel rate and hard hit rate. Even if he has slight dip in his power numbers, he's still an excellent outfielder to target in fantasy formats. He should be closer to five stolen bases than one stolen base this season, and there's nothing wrong with a 30+ homer bat with a .250 batting average. His counting stats could remain well if some of the younger bats in the lineup take a step forward in 2022.
