2022 Player Outlook
It appeared that Margot was on his way to a 20 SB season until a July 5th hamstring injury sidelined him for a little over three weeks. He returned to action on July 27th and from that point forward was only successful on four of his final eight stolen base attempts. Despite his late season stolen base limitations Margot’s final stat line was consistent with his career numbers. As a player who is being selected as the 95th outfielder overall in early offseason NFBC drafts, Margot is a good cheap source of steals. Depending on the size and format of your season long fantasy baseball league he might better serve you as a mid-season waiver wire addition. Margot can consistently be counted to provide fantasy baseball managers with a batting average in the .250 range, lower double digit home run totals and upwards of 20 stolen bases.
