2022 Player Outlook
Senzatela is pretty similar to Marquez in that he pitched better at home than on the road. He had a 3.97 ERA at Coors Field last season compared to 5.05 on the road. However, his ratio stats are closer to what Kyle Freeland will give you, and quite possibly worse. He’s coming off a 2021 season where he averaged 6.03 K/9 and just 1.84 BB/9 while keeping the ball in the park. He stays relatively healthy, but again there just isn’t anything miraculous about what he can do and the stigma of pitching in Coors will always turn fantasy managers off. Steamer projects some negative regression in 2022 with a 5.24 ERA and 1.34 HR/9 and a 9-13 record.
